Woodrun Lodge is on the slope just above the Fairmont Chateau Whistler and near the new Four Seasons resort, close to many shops and restaurants and just a short walk to the main village. We are also a stop on the FREE VILLAGE SHUTTLE.

Nice condo - but more like 1.5 bedroom

The condo is well equiped, but calling it a 2 bedroom is a bit optimistic. The master bedroom and bath are fine, but the 2nd bedroom is just a den with a set of bunk beds. There is no window or closet and it is tiny. This bedroom would not work for anyone other than children - not for 2 couples sharing this unit at all. The pool and hot tub area is nice, and the condo is in a great location for skiing and summer activities. The concierge service is non existent - calls are not returned.
Owner response:Our second “bedroom” was formerly a den. We had sturdy beds custom built for the room, and the bottom bunk is a full size bed. The pillowtop mattresses are very comfy and groups of adults often rent our condo with excellent feedback (although we think more than 4 adults is a bit crowded). We regularly receive praise for the service provided by our concierge, and in the future, she will leave messages when she returns calls and the guests are not in the condo, if they have not provided a cell phone number for her to reach them.
Recommended for:Tourists without a car, sightseeing, adventure seekers, age 55+, families with young children.
