  Bruce, the apartment owner, was waiting for us when we arrived at the airport. We were driven to the apartment and provided a local phone, keys to the secure building and codes for internet, etc. We have family in the same apartment complex, so this was a perfect location for us to gather for family meals. The kitchen was easy to use and equipped with everything necessary to cook during our stay. There are a wide variety of restaurants, cafes, vendors and markets nearby for meals and snacks. I highly recommend the Spa next door for a relaxing Mani/Pedi. Because our visit was to spend time with family, we did not take advantage of the services of the driver available at a very reasonable rate. Next time we visit, we will plan to take a tour. Bruce has thought of everything from a full-size washer and dryer, down to the hairdryer. Since we have family living in DF, we did not need to contact the owner,however he was available if needed. This was our 3rd trip to Mexico City, there is so much so see and do. We stayed in a 5 star hotel for our first two visits where internet was not included with the room and we incurred additional cell phone charges for phone calls. Having a local phone was a huge plus for us. We will definitely contact Bruce for future trips.

  This was an amazing experience. Mexico City is the coolest town we have been at yet. We had such a good time. We stayed there for 8 days. From the very beginning everything was great. Bruce's assistant Cornelio and his driver Ricardo received us at the airport at the exact moment we told them we were going to be arriving. Furthermore, the apartment was great, nice and clean. The Puerta Alameda condo complex has a great pool and a gym that are open from 4:00 am – 11:45 pm. It has 24/7 security. The WI-FI internet connection worked perfectly and the staff was very nice and friendly. The thing that made this trip even more enjoyable was Bruce's hospitality and Ricardo's service. They are both great guys and were always on top of their game. Bruce was available 24/7 and managed to fulfill all of our needs to the best possible way. We definitely recommend this apartment and we will most certainly go back to Bruce the next time we come to Mexico City. Thanks Bruce!

  The best thing about this place is that bruce picks you up at the airport and takes you there, then shows you around the neighborhood for sights, restaurants, and shops. instead of feeling disoriented in a new place, you immediately feel at home in the neighborhood. he has a few apartments, our was on the 2nd floor facing an internal courtyard, so very quiet with no street noise. its a small one bedroom, like a manhattan apartment... small but has everything you need for a stay. great location only 2 small blocks behind the hyatt and alameda park, which just finished remodeling. walkable safe area, went with lots of fear about street crime in Mex City but felt safer than home, use your common sense of course! We were cold, Bruce went out and bought us a new blanket... great service and hospitality! Again, the best thing about this apartment is Bruce and his service and friendliness!

  The one bedroom suite is tastefully and comfortably furnished. Opening onto a quiet courtyard, it's shielded from street noise. We loved attending the Ballet Folklorico at the nearby Palacio de Bellas Artes and felt safe walking back from the Zocalo at night. We enjoyed a Turibus "hop on - hop off" bus tour from a stop just a block away (opposite the Juarez monument in Alameda Park), and a Wayak minibus tour that picked us up from the Hilton hotel across the street. Getting to and from the airport was a breeze: Bruce met us at the airport; his driver Ricardo dropped us off at the end of our stay. We also booked Ricardo for a day trip to the Frida Kahlo museum and Diego Riviera studio in Coyoacon/San Angel - a special treat! We enjoyed meeting our host Bruce; he also arranged transportation to the Norte bus station for our trip to San Miguel de Allende. The Puerta Alameda condo complex is an affordable choice for visiting the historic centre of Mexico City.

  We stayed here for 10 days in January 2013. As we intended to do a bit of tourism in Mexico City while visiting some family members, we were looking for a central location close to the metro. Our choice proved to be the right one, as the apartment is half a block from the Alameda Central and just a few minutes walk to either Hidalgo or Bellas Artes stations. Needless to say, it is ideally located to visit Mexico City's wonderful Centro Histórico. In terms of the facilities, we found everything we needed: a recently built, small but complete apartment with all the services. We didn't use much the kitchen, but it seemed relatively well-equiped to do basic cooking. The washer and dryer worked well, just as the TV and wi-fi. We found the noise from the street or other apartments a bit annoying on a couple occasions, but it was generally very quiet. The building lacks a bit of character, but feels very safe, with security at the two doors 24/24. All in all, we were very pleased with this rental and especially with Bruce's great service. He met us at the airport in spite of our late arrival time and provided us with a cell phone should we need to contact him during the week. He also arranged transportation to airport when we left. Mexico City can be a bit overwhelming for those who don't know the city, so it's great to see that Bruce takes good care of his guests. We definitely recommend this place.

  The location can't be beat, especially so close to subway and bus stations. The apartment is modern and clean and has a washer and dryer in the unit. Building security is top notch. There's a beautiful indoor pool and well-equipped gym. The common areas of the building are posh-looking. Great restaurants nearby. We stayed for one month and really enjoyed the apartment.

  My husband and I stayed here for a few weeks. Great location. The condo is clean and cozy. Perfect for a couple or someone traveling alone. We love the pool and roof terrace as well as the gym. We will be back for sure! Friendly and profesional service...thanks :)

Security Deposit Required igual to 30% of the rent (minimum $200 US dollars)

Security deposit is fully refundable at the time of check-out or for cancellations made at least one month in advance of the scheduled arrival date.

Additional Fees and Taxes:

Aiport Pick-Up Fee of $40 required. The aiport service is complementary for stays of 5 nights or more.

All other fees included. There are no hidden fees for cleaning or taxes.
