This Arthur Hills Condominium is newly constructed and is nestled along the third hole of the championship Arthur Hills Golf Course at Boyne Highlands Resort.
Our condominium is a beautifully furnished, resort quality accommodation, with all the comforts of home. This extraordinary location has lovely views of the woods, mountains, ponds and fairways that make up Boyne Highlands Golf and Ski Resort.
This quiet retreat is within minutes of some of Michigan’s greatest golf and skiing. Golf courses within short driving distance include our neighbor, the Country Club of Boyne, which features the Donald Ross, Arthur Hills, Moor and Heather courses at Boyne Highlands.
Around the bend of Little Traverse Bay in Petoskey are additional courses, including the Monument and Alpine at Boyne Mountain (about a 30 minute drive), Crooked Tree Golf Club, and the scenic 27 holes of Bay Harbor Golf Course (Links, Preserve and Quarry), also designed by Arthur Hills. All of these courses are open to the public.
For ski enthusiasts, Boyne Highlands and Nubs Nob are minutes away. Lift tickets for Boyne Highlands are interchangeable with Boyne Mountain. There are over 100 ski runs between the two locations to choose from.
Nub's Nob is two minutes away, and was rated the overall #1 resort in the Midwest for the third straight year by Ski Magazine.
If skiing and golfing are not your sports, this corner of Northern Michigan has many things to offer year round. Our smoke-free condominium is minutes away from downtown Harbor Springs which features shopping, casual and fine dining and a public beach.
Around the bend of Little Traverse Bay in Petoskey you can enjoy scenic views of the bay and Lake Michigan, historic homes, unique shopping and fine dining. Further along the bay is the Bay Harbor Marina District, located alongside the Inn at Bay Harbor and Bay Harbor Golf Course. Here you will find a cozy community of fine restaurants and unique shops.
Historic Mackinaw City is just a 30 minute drive north, and features shopping at the Mackinaw Crossings Shopping District, the Center Stage Theater, the mighty Mackinac Bridge, and historical sites such as Fort Michilimackinac. Ferries run daily to historic Mackinac Island, where you can enjoy the charm of horse drawn carriages, visit Grand Hotel and sample delicious Mackinac Fudge.
The fall color tour in Northern Michigan is something to behold. Generally from late September through October, the area is vibrant with color and makes for wonderful drives and hikes. AAA’s website provides information as optimal colors peak through out the state.
Petoskey State Park is minutes away and has a public beach with a spectacular view of Little Traverse Bay, as well as hiking trails, picnic areas and a public boat launch.
Arthur Hills Condominiums are located in Harbor Springs, in Emmet County, in the northwest lower peninsula of Michigan, and are located about 280 miles north of Detroit and eight miles north of Petoskey. Harbor Springs is about a four hour drive from metro Detroit and about six hours from metropolitan Chicago.
