Clean, well-maintained home with a panoramic ocean view, located in Sea Cliff, a small, private, gated community (see photos). Situated approximately 1 1/2 miles from the beach and conveniently located near restaurants, shops, grocery stores, and Starbucks. Sometimes we don't even move our car after arriving during vacation because of the convenient location. Close and easy access to Interstate 5 and Palomar Airport if need be.
Light and bright 1,278 square foot home with 2+ bedrooms, full-size washer and dryer, and attached, oversize 2 car garage. Beautifully landscaped entrance courtyard and backyard. Full kitchen with built-in eat-in area as well as formal dining. Furnished, tiled patio with gas BBQ. Comfortable Master Bedroom with new queen-size Select Comfort bed, spacious walk-in closet and full private Bathroom. Comfortable Second Bedroom with new queen-size Select Comfort bed and private patio. Beautifully furnished and decorated great room with gas fireplace, flat-screen television, and DVD player.
Paved walking trails meander through a beautiful common area, landscaped with trees, lakes, and flower gardens. Two swimming pools with hot-tubs and sun-decks. Lighted outdoor tennis courts (see photos).
We are looking for a couple who will enjoy and care for this property the way we do and hopefully return the following year. Low Price Reflects this.

My husband and I really enjoyed our stay in Carlsbad.The house was very clean and well taken care of. The location was great. There is much to do on the property, and plenty of places to eat in the area. It is very convenient to local attractions and the beach.Recommended for: Age 55+.

This is our favorite place to stay! It is the most comfortable home to relax and get away from, "it all," yet you are minutes from entertainment and great dining! The gated community is amazing! We took walks on the paths (where we saw turtles, fish and ducks in the lakes), both pools and spas are nice sized and heated, and tennis courts are in great shape. We'll be back every year!Recommended for: Age 55+.
