Enjoy a beautiful fairway home in the very private and peaceful setting of Baja Country Club with 24/7 gated and guarded security. This spacious open floor plan home sits on the 12th hole of the golf course and has a view of a lake and the surrounding mountains. The patio has a barbecue, fire pit table, four chairs and large shade umbrella. Two master bedrooms, each with queen beds and attached full baths. There is also a beautiful sleigh trundle bed with a twin mattress for the kids or additional guests. There is a sitting area with two leather chairs looking out to the golf course, a full kitchen with granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances and everything you need to feel at home. The house has an attached two car garage as well a laundry room with washer and dryer.
The golf course has over three hundred acres with twelve acres of lakes. It is an ecological preserve with many species of birds. The private gated community is cooled by a gentle sea breeze from Estero Beach bay. The clubhouse has a pro shop, bar and restaurant with indoor and outdoor seating.
A beautiful pool sits on the mountainside just steps from the home. A basketball court, children's play area, barbeques and picnic benches surround the pool area. If you're into fitness, there are even a few treadmills and eliptical machines overlooking the pool for a refreshing feeling while you work out!
There are many things to do besides golf, too! Shopping, fishing, kayaking, surfing, diving, etc. Only 10 minutes from downtown Ensenada (a busy port for cruise ships and tourism), Costco, Home Depot, Wal-Mart Super Center, McDonalds, Burger King, Applebees and a shopping mall. Only 25 minutes to La Bufadora, the famous blow hole which also has shopping and restaurants. For those wine lovers, spend the day wine tasting and touring local wineries. There are numerous museums, history, cultural and educational activities as well as the night life of Ensenada to make your trip one to remember!
