This Hilton Head villa is conveniently located close to many island amenities. The beach is an easy walk directly across the street. Coligny Plaza is just a ten-minute walk. There you will find restaurants, shopping, and a movie theater. A paved bike/walking/jogging path is located directly in front of the villa that gives you access to over 30 miles of paved trails throughout the island. Bicycles can be rented down the street.

Also close by is Van Der Meer Tennis Center, Waterfun Park, and Sea Pines Plantation, which contains golf courses and the famous Harbor Town. Revisit the "Old South" in Savannah, Charleston, or Beaufort. All are easy day trips with Savannah being the closest.

Our villa is a NON-SMOKING unit that has been recently refurnished. The upstairs contains a master bedroom with a king-sized bed. Also upstairs, the guest room contains two twin beds. Both bedrooms share a newly re-done full bath. The downstairs contains a fully-furnished kitchen, dining area with a large table, living room with two new couches, and a half bath. One couch folds out into a bed. The back, sliding, glass door leads to a courtyard and pool (separate kids pools as well) for the complex. A great alternative to the beach. A private, enclosed fence out front is a great place for hanging towels and leaving beach items. Please, NO PETS or smoking.

  • We stayed in this unit the first week of July and had a great time. Although be ready for the heat in July!!. The Cabanas are a great location as they are convenient to the beach as well as shopping and restarants. Jennifer is the best to rent from, very helpful and accomodating. I would certainly rent from her again!!!

  • Me, my husband, and in-laws went for a short beach trip in mid-June. We had a very nice, relaxing trip. The condo is in a very central, convenient location. It is a SHORT walk to Coligny Plaza's specialty shops and restaurants, and just across the street from a short boardwalk to the beach. Each night we took short drives into "town" or to Sea Pines for dinner. It is also close to a grocery store (just up from Coligny Plaza). The condo was neat and well-kept. It wasn't "new" by any means but it was VERY nice for what we paid! The pool-area was nice and relaxing as well. I would definitely consider renting this condo again.

  • We just returned from a great week on the island with unseasonably warm weather. We were very pleased with our accommodations. The unit is clean, tastefully decorated and uncluttered. I have been coming to the Cabanas for 20 years now and have stayed in several different units. This one was wonderful and has a great location... easy access to the beach. It has been a pleasure to rent directly from the owners. I hope they continue to provide us with that opportunity.
