  Even though it rained eveyday of our stay the property was a plus. The property looks just like the photos. Very clean, spacious & has everything needed (just like home). Since we had a lot of rain throughout our stay we were extremely happy for the board games and music provided. Prpoerty is also located very close to alot of attractions (shopping, mini golf, restaurants, barefoot landing & much more). I would suggest this property to all. Owners are very prompt & easy to work with. The only little complaint we had is the keys are very difficult to work the lock. Overall, with the exception of the rain, we had a very nice, relaxing vacation! Thank you Kelly!

  My family and I had the pleasure of vacationing at this beautiful condo. 43391 is quite a gem! It is exactly as it appears in the photos. It is spacious, comfortable and well equipped. The condo was very clean and maintained in all aspects. Beds were very comfortable and there were plenty of extra pillows and blankets. We especially enjoyed the decor, large balcony with a fabulous view, ample storage and outside closet for beach equipment. I would also like to note that this was our first time we used a condo property. The owners were very helpful when booking and our expectations were exceded. We would definately plan futures stays at this lovely property.

  Stayed 5/19-26/12. Condo was clean, beautiful and stocked with everything we needed. Spent several evenings on balcony just listening to the ocean. Our first time in this area, and found it so easy to get around. We were there for the beginning of the Atlantic Beach Festival (the extended days) but even with the bike traffic was able to get anywhere we wanted. For this time of year, the ocean was quite warm and we were able to go into the water. Very easy to deal with Kelly and Jim and having the keys sent to us was so nice - we didn't have to deal with checking in. We did have to park across the street in the parking garage, but there was NO problem getting across the street or even out of the garage and onto the street when it was time to explore. Would recommend this condo and this area to anyone wanting to go down to this area.

  Recommended for: Sightseeing, families with young children, adventure seekers, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, age 55+, girls getaway.

  Had a great time, the condo was excellent had everything I required. Was very clean, great view of the Ocean although when I was there didn't get to go in, to cold. Close to a lot of great golf courses I recomend the Barefoot Landing courses. The owners where great to deal with everything went smoothly. Would most definatly stay here again and would be sure to recomend it to anyone.

  We loved this condo. What an unreal view over the Atlantic ocean! Everything was clean and worked fine (nothing works in my house at home). Little things struck me: granite counter-tops throughout, great beds that were very comfortable, and an awesome master bath shower. the only thing was the pullout sofa needs a slight repair, but we managed. We'll be back next summer.

  My family and I have always stayed in a 1st floor condo when in Myrtle Beach so this was a very new experience for us. 17 floors up and we LOVED it. Even my 17 month old granddaughter was taken with the view. The condo is very nice and comfortable. We loved that there wasn't much traffic in the area and it was easy to get in and out. Kelly is excellent to deal with in booking reservations. So easy, so nice. We'd definitely recommend this unit to our friends/family.

  Great unit. Simple transaction; all check-in/check-out done by mail. No 'property managers' to get in the way. Nicely furnished. Seemingly lots of new stuff. No Complaints whatsoever; even got our deposit back in rapid time! We were there during 'Bike Week' and experienced little/no motorcycle noise on 17th floor. Grocery/Pharmacy just 4-5 minutes away by car (go North on Ocean Blvd, then left onto Main Street. Kroger and Bi-Lo are right before Rt 17).

  Recommended for: Sightseeing, romantic getaway, age 55+.

  The view was exceptional. The property needed some serious cleaning. The kitchen cabinet knobs were sticky, the tile on the floor need steam cleaned. We really questioned the cleaniness of the linens. We bought detergent and washed everything. The bed pillows smelled like body odor. The family room furniture is filthy and in desperate need of cleaning or replacement. The carpets need cleaned. The second bedroom is on the outside wall, so the traffic noise and other guest's slamming doors, walking was very loud. Actually slept on sleeper sofa thinking it would help, only to find out college kids screaming up and down the beach all night. This is not a 5 star resort, nor is it Pawley's Island or Hilton Head. Next time would not stay here or in North Myrtle Beach. It once was a lazy quiet place, but the kids have taken over just like Myrtle Beach.

  Owner response: We are addressing all of these complaints with our cleaning crew and will be replacing the bed pillows immediately. Fortunately, we've had nothing other than positive responses until this week, so with a little attention, we'll be back on the right track!
