ULTIMATE in OCEANFRONT ACCOMMODATIONS! This 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo was built in 2004. It is on the 17th floor located in the beautiful Crescent Shores Community at Ocean Boulevard and 17th Avenue in North Myrtle Beach.
This beach sand in this section of Crescent Beach was re-nourished in October 2008 and is pristine! This condo has a spacious floorplan. The huge balcony has separate access from the master bedroom and the living room. This is the largest floorplan for a 2 bedroom in North Myrtle! Granite countertops in the kitchen and bathrooms, solid wood cabinets, beautiful ceramic tile floors through foyer, kitchen, and dining room with plush carpeting in the bedrooms and living room.
You can enjoy meals or morning coffee at a six-person, wood dining room table or the table & 4 chairs on the spacious balcony while taking in views of the spectacular Atlantic Ocean and pools below.
The fully-stocked kitchen has a large, side-by-side refrigerator complete with in-door ice maker and chilled water dispenser, a smooth top range, microwave, and dishwasher. There is also a king-size washer and dryer in the unit. Just outside the front door, you have a locked storage closet for your sandy beach chairs and toys.
Free WIRELESS high-speed Internet and three cable TVs: The televisions in the bedrooms are new in 2012. In addition to the 3 television, the master bedroom has a DVD player, the second bedroom has a VHS player and the living room has a large television with combo DVD/VHS player.
Crescent Shores has an 110-foot, oceanfront pool, a 200-foot lazy river, two oversized hot tubs, a kiddie pool, an indoor pool, and an on-site fitness room. The indoor pool is heated during the off season. Chairs and umbrellas can be rented by the day or week from the lifeguards during the high season (June-Aug).
Our NON-SMOKING condominium has a king-size bed in the master bedroom and large walk-in closet. The master bath has a shower and a jacuzzi tub. The second bedroom has two queen-size beds and large closet. The living room has a queen-size sleeper sofa to accommodate two extra guests (best suited for children) for a total of eight sleeping comfortably!
Crescent Shores is located three miles north of Restaurant Row, two miles north of Barefoot Landing, and close to many area attractions.
WEEKLY RENTALS ONLY -Saturday to Saturday. No nightly rentals. MONTHLY RENTALS are also available for the months of Nov-March. Please contact us for monthly rates.
We only rent to family groups over 25 years of age.

We loved this condo. What an unreal view over the Atlantic ocean! Everything was clean and worked fine (nothing works in my house at home). Little things struck me: granite counter-tops throughout, great beds that were very comfortable, and an awesome master bath shower. the only thing was the pullout sofa needs a slight repair, but we managed. We'll be back next summer.

My family and I have always stayed in a 1st floor condo when in Myrtle Beach so this was a very new experience for us. 17 floors up and we LOVED it. Even my 17 month old granddaughter was taken with the view. The condo is very nice and comfortable. We loved that there wasn't much traffic in the area and it was easy to get in and out. Kelly is excellent to deal with in booking reservations. So easy, so nice. We'd definitely recommend this unit to our friends/family.

Great unit. Simple transaction; all check-in/check-out done by mail. No 'property managers' to get in the way. Nicely furnished. Seemingly lots of new stuff. No Complaints whatsoever; even got our deposit back in rapid time! We were there during 'Bike Week' and experienced little/no motorcycle noise on 17th floor. Grocery/Pharmacy just 4-5 minutes away by car (go North on Ocean Blvd, then left onto Main Street. Kroger and Bi-Lo are right before Rt 17).
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, sightseeing, age 55+.

The view was exceptional. The property needed some serious cleaning. The kitchen cabinet knobs were sticky, the tile on the floor need steam cleaned. We really questioned the cleaniness of the linens. We bought detergent and washed everything. The bed pillows smelled like body odor. The family room furniture is filthy and in desperate need of cleaning or replacement. The carpets need cleaned. The second bedroom is on the outside wall, so the traffic noise and other guest's slamming doors, walking was very loud. Actually slept on sleeper sofa thinking it would help, only to find out college kids screaming up and down the beach all night. This is not a 5 star resort, nor is it Pawley's Island or Hilton Head. Next time would not stay here or in North Myrtle Beach. It once was a lazy quiet place, but the kids have taken over just like Myrtle Beach.
Owner response:We are addressing all of these complaints with our cleaning crew and will be replacing the bed pillows immediately. Fortunately, we've had nothing other than positive responses until this week, so with a little attention, we'll be back on the right track!

My husband, mother-in-law and I rented this beautiful condo. We enjoyed ourselves so much! It was so clean, nice, and close to alot of activities. The owner made it easy to rent. What a wonderful condo, everything you could possibly need and decorated absolutely beautifully. The kids adored the balcony, lazy river, hot tubs, and the whirlpool tub in the master suite. We had the best time, hated to leave...can't wait to return. Thank you so much for renting to us!

This is our second time at Crescent Shores and found just as much to love as we did the first time.From the moment we enter the condo we begin to relax. The panoramic views from the living area, master bedroom and large balcony sets the scene for beautiful sunrises over the ocean and vacation memories to be made.
