We stayed over Easter, what a very pleasant surprise when we opened the front door. Wonderful ceramic floor tiles, cool, and immaculate.Pool in prestine condition new patio furniture, everything a delight. 10 minutes drive to Disney and main arterial roads to anywhere, what more can you ask.Its EXCELLENT We'll be back Sue & John thank you !!!!.Did you find this review helpful? We were recommended by friends who have stayed in your Villa last summer. Oh are we glad they did!!! Susan has been a pleasure to deal with regarding the rental all through email. The Villa was immaculate, the new tiled floor was elegant and cool, Kids loved the pool also immaculate and well cared for, all in all great place to stay close to everything. I booked wholly on the internet, with Susan direct,what an honest and trusting Lady, we booked at very short notice no time to send money from Brazil, she allowed us to pay cash on arrival.I was worried that the villa existed but was I wrong no need to have worried , everything you read is there, and great people to deal with.Villa, Pool and gardens,exceptional Thank you for trusting us. Wow !! love the ceramic floor.Cool and pleasant to the eye. Villa very elegant as advertised and immaculately clean. Air con very effective, lovely and cool after hot days out. Lovely homely Villa, bright and cheerful.Great furnishings and well maintained. Pool lovely and clean, sorry we broke a lounger.We did report it to your caretakers. Hampton Lakes as stated an exceptionally landscaped subdivision lots of amenities, Tennis courts fab and floodlit. Thanks to your caretakers too great people. "Awesome" from when we walked through the door, more than we could have hoped for. Had a great time relaxing round the pool after long days at the parks, kids loved it too, very private, shade for those who wanted it, full sun for those who didn't. Love bug season a bit of a nuisance but great screened pool kept them out. Few got inside but a phone call to your caretakers and gone/sprayed within the hour. GREAT customer service. Villa very homely, tastefully decorated and furnished, and importantly scrupulously clean. Wonderful experience for our 1st time internet rental. ThanxDid you find this review helpful? About: John & I have been Married 41 years we have 2 daughters and 5 grandchildren and apart from renting, the family use the Villa often , hence we say 'Home from Home'. I am a registered Nurse still practising, working in the OR Ophthalmology My husband is a retired Plumber/heating engineer.
Why Hampton Lakes:
We chose to purchase our Villa in Hampton Lakes, it being one of the premiere communities in the area and built by one of the best Builders in Central Florida,Our criteria was also to be near but not on the doorstep of Disney, to avoid major traffic and noise and to be in a more countyside setting yet within easy reach of all the attractions and Oceans..
We bought in the position we did, so as to have maximum privacy and we would not be overlooked by other Villas.
Being at the back of the community we have no noise from SR27 traffics .We purposely didn't buy lakeside either as these Villa locations in relation to the community pool, Cabana and tennis & Volleyball courts we thought might be a little noisy especially during high season.We have made many improvements over the 10 years we have owned our Villa from new, we have upgraded furniture and decorated to keep the inside and outside in pristine condition.
New for this month All living areas have new ceramic tiled floors. Bedroom are still carpeted.
Our location is just, Atlantic Ocean & Gulf coast 1-1.5 hrs drive away.
10-15 minutes drive to Disney,
Main arterial highway I4 just 5 miles away.
Great location to see the shuttle take off from the pool deck, The Balloons of Fantasy of flight, fly low, most days (quite a sight) over the Villa.
Most importantly we are totally committed to ensuring your vacation is a memorable one.
The Unique Benefits at this Villa:
Our vaulted ceilings with skylights are a wonderful feature and stunning light in the great room.The living is open plan with ample space for everyone to either watch TV or listen to music.
We have a very easy and straightforward booking process and a self entry on arrival no keys to pick up from elsewhere.
We have in 10 years only twice had to refuse return of security deposits this was due to carelessness on the guests part which caused flooding of the inside, all investigation were undertaken before the final decision was made to withhold deposits.
We have very efficient and attentive caretakers and pride ourselves on excellent customer service and value for money.
