Our villa has two bedrooms, one with a queen bed, and the other with two double beds. The sofa in the living room converts to a double bed. The master suite has a walk in closet and a double vanity. There is a TV in each bedroom as well as the living room. The screened patio in back offers a beautiful shaded view of the 7th fairway of the Bobcat course, and is accessible from a bedroom and the living room. Wake up to sunrise on the golf course! (Does not include golf membership) There are several public courses nearby.
Across the private courtyard in front is the utility room with laundry. The pool is less than 100 yds away from the front door.
Our villa is fully equipped with everything you'll need during your stay.
Venice offers so much to do! Our villa is only minutes to several beaches and restaurants, and approximately 20 miles from the famous beach at Siesta Key. There are lots of safe places to walk and bike without ever leaving The Plantation. There are two older ten speed bikes that we have road tested and they work fine (his & hers).

About the owner: We purchased our villa after staying at The Plantation for our vacation this year. We fell in love with the beauty and peaceful atmosphere of the area. We're not quite ready to spend all winter here, so rather than leave it empty, we decided to offer it to someone who will love it as much as we do. Knowing we have great renters enjoying our Venice home will make the cold Massachusetts winters easier to bear.
Why the Owner Chose Augusta Villas:
We've stayed in different parts of Florida for vacations over the years, including Daytona, West Palm Beach, Miami, Fort Lauderdale, and have never felt so at home as we do here. The mature shade trees, the peace and quiet and the beauty of the area won us over. We like to walk and bike, and there are so many places to do both without ever leaving the community.
