Located one block off Broughton Street (Main Street Savannah), construction of this brand new 3 bedroom / 3 bathroom luxury condo was completed in January, 2013. Located steps from 'City Market' and Paula Deen’s famous 'The Lady & Sons' restaurant, this condo is also within short walking distance of SCAD (Savannah College of Art and Design) and historic River Street. There is a private garage in the building for your car and an elevator to take you from the garage to the condo. Sleeps up to 8 people and can be connected (through sound proofed doors) with neighboring condos for larger parties (up to 26 people in four adjoining condos (VRBO #434041, #434085, and #435516) on one floor or book both floors for up to 52 people!) The condo has three bedrooms, three full bathrooms, a large open area for entertaining, a dinning table for 8, a very comfortable futon, a leather couch and sleeps six to eight people. The unit offers a custom kitchen with granite counter tops, stainless appliances, dishwasher, and microwave. There are huge windows for natural light and custom hardwood floors throughout. The condo has a Foosball table, an over sized front-load washer / dryer, 60' High Definition Flat Screen Television in the living room, HD Cable, Blu-ray HD DVD player, and high end audio equipment with 5.1 surround sound. The three bedrooms each have a 50' High Definition Flat Screen Television with HD Cable and huge King Beds. The bathrooms feature custom tile showers with rain shower heads and hand held body showers. There is also a huge deck on the roof of the building with amazing views, lounge chairs, outdoor dinning tables, palm trees, and gas grills!

            We recently spent 3 nights in the condo and it was marvelous. The furnishings, appliances, bedding are all excellent. The owners have spared no cost in making the condo comfortable. Convenient to all of the historic district and walking distance to just about anything in the district. Free parking is a BIG plus, since parking in downtown Savannah is a challenge at best. The roof deck is a wonderful place to relax and unwind. Finding such a spacious place with 3 separate bedrooms with king size beds and their own bath was a deal maker. We felt very safe walking to and from the Condo and in general in the entire district.

            Recommended for: Sightseeing, tourists without a car, age 55+, families with teenagers, girls getaway.

            The condo was perfect because of the location and we loved that each bedroom had its own bathroom and tv. Also, I loved having the garage to park my car. Once you get to the condo you don't need a car anymore for staying in Savannah. This condo is located close to everything. The furnishings are excellent and we loved standing out on the balcony and watching the activity. Perfect place for a group of six women!! Would definitely stay here again!!

            Location is super - in a quieter area yet still within easy walking distance of City Market, plenty of restaurants, Riverfront, all squares and historic sites. Very clean, modern, spacious, secure. Multiple decks off living area (plus huge one on roof) were a treat. Included indoor parking space took a big concern off the table. Working with booking manager Rita was a piece of cake, and she had bunches of good recommendations & connections for area dining. You might spend a bit more for this place, but the amenities are well worth it.

            I was with a group of old college friends, who are now in our 30's, who rented this condo from Dec. 29, 2012-Jan. 1, 2013 to celebrate New Year's. The condo was amazing. We came to find out that we were the first renters so everything was brand new, modern, and beautiful. We had eight people (3 couples and 2 singles) and there was plenty of room for all of us. Two of the couples each took bedrooms and one of the singles took the other. Another couple brought a nice inflatable mattress that fit fine in an offshoot of the living area, and the other single stayed on the couch (it had a pull out bed inside that could have slept two but he preferred to sleep on the couch itself). There was also another couch that went unused as a sleeping spot. I stayed in one of the bedrooms and found the bed to be very comfortable, and we slept great. It was nice and quiet and dark since the bedrooms are in the interior of the condo, meaning there are no windows or walls bordering the streets (although those sleeping in the living area didn't have trouble sleeping either). The bathrooms were great and the double-showerheads were a nice touch. The owner was nice enough to greet the first of us to arrive with a bottle of wine, and he was very easy to reach and ready to help us out and give recommendations on things to do and where to eat, etc. He also stopped by one morning when the workers came to bring the foosball table in and chatted with us for a while--very cool guy. As far as the location--it couldn't have been any better. The street we were on was quiet but we were in easy walking distance to everything. One of the guys who stayed with us lives in the Savannah area and was very excited about the location, and he was able to show us around to all of the hot spots by foot. Bar hopping was a breeze on New Year's Eve. We also enjoyed having the parking spot in the garage, and we visited the beautiful rooftop deck. Since we were there in the winter, we didn't spend much time on the roof, but it would be great to go back in the warmer months to take advantage of that! After our stay, the property management personnel were quick to follow up for feedback. We let them know that we were all thrilled with this spot, and would definitely stay here again. A+

            Eight of us (all family members) stayed at this lovely condo. We had such a wonderful time together. The condo was perfect for the group!! It was clean, the beds were comfortable, and you can’t beat the location. The weather was great with the exception of one rainy day. So, the guys watch the game on the large TV in the living room, the kids watched cartoons on the bedroom TV, and the rest of us who wanted to just chat, relax, and play cards gathered around the dining table. The location is perfect, walking distance to anything we wanted to see or do. Everyone in the group thought it was a great place as well as a great value. Playing foosball was a blast!! The adults had to fight the kids to get a turn at playing. So much fun!! Would definitely recommend this place.

            Staying at this condo was perfect for us, so much better than staying at a hotel. The condo has such a modern, clean feel to it. It’s spacious and design in such a way that 3 couples could fit comfortably. We were all together, yet had our personal space in each of the bedrooms. We stayed up late on the rooftop deck drinking wine and reminiscing with our friends.  We made breakfast and lunch at the condo, then walked to all the amazing restaurants that are nearby for dinner. Having parking on site was an added benefit!! Finding parking in Savannah can be really difficult. Thank you Rita for the southern hospitality! We would stay there again in a heartbeat!

          About the owner: I moved to Savannah in the summer of 2002 to take a position as a Demonstration Pilot for Gulfstream Aerospace. I really enjoy living in the Historic District; there is no substitute for the scenery, convenience, and nightlife. I got into renovating / building properties in my spare time in the heart of Savannah's Historic District over the past ten years.           I have wanted to buy this building for the past five years. It's in the perfect location in the center of the historic district. Finally, we were able to get the financing to purchase and renovate this property in the summer of 2012.
