  The condo was clean and in a prime location. The condo itself was cozy and had all the amenities anyone who's traveling would ever need to feel at home. The location was prime to say the least. Walking distance to nearly all the hot spots in South Beach, we were very pleased to say the least. If and when we return to South Beach, Omar will be the first person we contact.   Great condo, location, hospitality and amenities. The condo was in a prime location in South Beach. Walking distance to all the hot spots. All of the amenities are guaranteed to make any traveler feel at home. The bang for the buck is through the roof. This option is a GREAT value and we look forward to using these services if and when we return to Miami. A+ A+ A+ !!!

  We stay one week in this beautiful property.All was exactly as shown in the photos.The property was very clean and well-mantained and perfectly equipped. The beach is only few minutes and also the amazing Lincoln street with its shops and restaurants is very near the apartment. Just on the corner you can find the bus for Downtown and the local for travalling arount Miami Beach so you do not need a car.The Art Deco District with its amazing building is 10 minutes walk. My wife and I were very satisfied and should we come back we will certaintly book this property.

  My boyfriend and I stayed in this apartment for 4 nights from December 28th-January 1st. We had a great time in Miami! The apartment is newly renovated and it is very clean. We were only a few minutes away from shops and restaurants on the bustling Lincoln Road but the apartment itself is in a quiet area so we didn't have any trouble sleeping. The location is excellent and the price is very reasonable. The owner was available to answer our questions and we had everything we needed. I would definitely recommend this apartment!

  My husband and I stayed at Omar's place for just a short weekend. Too short for such a classy, well-laid out condo. We loved the black/white/taupe color scheme and the apartment is outfitted with everything you could possibly need. We love to cook so we used the kitchen one evening. Wow....state of the art and so well appointed. There are great details, like the beautiful small tile in the bathroom shower and the great rain showerhead, nice linens, and new cookware and dishes. The building itself is convenient to the famous Lincoln Road Mall with Starbucks just a block or two from the apartment. The building manager, Amarildo, was so helpful and friendly. We had a great conversation the day we left. It's that kind of personal touch as well as the cleanliness and luxury of the property that is meaningful to us. We would definitely book this property again!

  First just let me say that my stay at this beautiful, well kept condo was great. The pictures, location and photo's were exactly has described. Working with Omar, the owner, and the onsite manager, Amarildo, was wonderful. There was never a time I couldn't connect with either one of them if I needed something; that was prior too and during my vacation. Omar made the planning process very easy. He is a great owner to work with. The condo was right where I wanted to be in South Beach. It is walking distance to everything and right at Lincoln Road. I would definitely stay at this property again. The property had everything we needed. It was spacious enough for my friend and I and the people who lived in the building were very pleasant. My friend who came with me on the trip had never been too South Beach before and I wanted her first experience to be a great one! I wanted to stay in a really nice place and have a great time and WE DID! She had tears in her eyes when she was in the cab departing home. I would definitely recommend this property to friends or relatives and I look forward to staying here again myself.
