Come relax in our single family home with private pool and golf course view. Our home features all new furnishings, 6 flat screen HD TVs including a 70' in family room. Kitchen is fully stocked with all the essential equipment and many more conveniences. Our office includes a computer with fax/printer as well as high speed wired/wireless internet throughout. Home wired with in ceiling speakers inside and out. Included with the rental is the use of 2 tandem kayaks, 2 sets of golf clubs, 3 adult and 2 child bikes, fishing equipment, tennis equipment, new oversized gas grill.
The complex boasts a par 72 golf course, Har-Tru lighted tennis courts, Bocci ball courts, state of the art fitness facility, weight training room, massage therapy room, swimming pool with spa, and children's pool and playground.

We stayed in this beautiful home for the month of February 2013. The pictures and descriptions are accurate. The owners have succeeded in decorating and stocking the home in luxury and comfort. The house is located on a quiet street in a gated golf community and is perfect for active adults and families. The owners have provided bicycles, pool toys, golf clubs, kayaks and beach chairs for their guests. The kitchen has modern appliances and is completely equipped with everything you could need including bakeware, a keurig coffee maker and juicer. The pool area is private and has a comfy seating area with a TV where you can sit outside, have a coffee and catch the news each morning. There is a propane BBQ on the large screened in lanai. The golf course is challenging and fun to play. The owners were easily contacted and promptly answered any questions. We heartily recommend this home and hope to returnRecommended for: Families with teenagers, adventure seekers, age 55+, families with young children.
