We really enjoyed this Charleston getaway. I met two old friends for a weekend retreat. This three-bedroom condo provided the perfect spot to relax and chat. The spacious living room and kitchen was great. We hooked up our friend's laptop to the wall mounted TV which allowed us to share photos, music as well as play tunes from Pandora. Made use of the included Netflix acct to watch a comedy for downtime. Condo is new construction and in excellent condition. It's part of a small subdivision and is an end unit. Had a quiet neighborhood feel and gave us the perfect home-away-from-home atmosphere. Shopping and restaurants about ten min drive on Daniel's Is. Downtown Charlestion is about a 15min drive away. Karen, was quick to respond to emails and very helpful through our stay. Kudo's to her hospitality and awesome suggestions on where to eat. All in all - veryDid you find this review helpful? We have a wonderful time in Charleston and the food scene will make this a repeat visit. Our accommodations were accurate and the home was clean and very cozy. The location was between the beaches and downtown and as we needed to make several trips to the airport it was more convenient to be there instead of downtown. We were also only two miles from Daniels Island where we were able to get in some nice runs. Communication between the owner and the property manager was always incredibly rapid. The food at McCrady's, Fish and Husk were all wonderful dining experiences. There were so many additional places to see.Did you find this review helpful? Yes | No Helpful votes: 0/0

We booked last minute for a short weekend to look at wedding venues and had an absolutely perfect experience. I was hesitant as I hadn't done a rental by owner before, but am so glad we chose to do this over staying in a hotel. Karen and Stuart were both extremely accommodating given the time constraints and getting into town late on a Friday night. We were greeted with a bottle of wine and were able to meander our way to a local pub for some late night food and entertainment. The pictures really don't do the condo much justice as the house is super bright and very well kept. The space is very open and the bedrooms are separated enough so there is plenty of space for your own privacy. The location was great for looking at the various venues around the Charleston area and it made coming back to the condo each night feel like we were coming home. I would absolutely stay here again and recommend this to our friends and family next time we're in town. Thanks for everything Karen!Did you find this review helpful? Yes | No Helpful votes: 0/0

Hi Karen, We had a wonderful time in Charleston even with all of the rain! That was our first time visiting and we absolutely fell in love with the area. The condo was beautiful and we enjoyed staying there so much. We definitely plan on coming back at some point and would like to stay there again if it is available. Thank you for the wonderful bottle of wine too! We opened it up first thing and celebrated before hitting the town on Friday night! Thanks so much! SundyDid you find this review helpful? The condo was fantastic. Clean, comfortable beds and beautifully decorated. The owner left us a bottle of wine. We made a spaghetti dinner- had everything we needed to cook. Area is quiet and safe. Convenient location for us to tour Charleston, Sullivans Island and Boone Plantation. We would highly recommend this vacation rental.Recommended for: Sightseeing, families with young children.

My family and I stayed in the Charleston area in this condo unit. The condo was very nicely decorated; it had plenty of room; the owner was very, very helpful with making suggestions of local restaurants and responding to questions. Value for the price was good. The only downside, and of course, I knew this going in, is the location is a bit away from the historic downtown district. I guess it was only a 15-20 minute drive or so, but obviously, this does have an affect. It is about a 5 -7 minute drive from main street in Daniel Island. Overall though a nice place to stay and I wouldn't hesitate to go again.Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers.

Let me start by saying the owner was excellent throughout the entire process. She even included an bottle of wine from her winery in California as nice welcoming touch. Her nephew was very helpful with places to eat, visit, and best way to get around. The owner was ony a phone call or text away with any questions as well. There were 6 adults in our group and the place fit just right. Beautifully decorated, very clean, and all the items you would need to feel right at home. We attended a music festival at Blackbaud stadium, which was only 3 miles away. Great location for any attaction on Daniel Island and Mt. Pleasant area. You are just a short ride into Charleston and cab service is available as well. We went downtown Charleston twice and took us about 20 minutes or less. Even though the Condo Community pool was close it is very close to the condo. We really liked the small porch off the kitchen and dining area. Couple of rocking chairs to enjoy a nice evening outside. Also a equally nice is a washer and dryer in the master bedroom. Came in handy to dry towels or even wash a few clothes. All the bedrooms were a nice size and beds were very comfortable. 6 adults were able to get showered and ready pretty quickly with 2 full bathrooms. In summary I would highly recommend this property if you want to be away from the downtown atmosphere, in a nice and quiet area, convenient to the highways and close enough to town. Very nice owners with a very nice place made it one of the most enjoyable stays I have had away from home. Thanks to the owners for allowing us to stay. Next time we are in town, we will definitely stay again.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway.

Look no further! You will not find better accommodations. This finely appointed home exceeded our expectations. From the moment you step inside, you feel the comforts of home, kicked up a notch. The attention to details and cleanliness will not disappoint. As VRBO owners ourselves, we understand both sides of the transaction. The ease of booking could not have been any better. Service is the underlying theme in providing the best vacation stay we could desire. The full kitchen allowed us to prepare THE BEST seafood from Wando's in Mt. Pleasant. The comfortable furniture waited for us to unwind every night. The beddings and linens are top notch and will provide the rest you need to get out and enjoy this beautiful area. A not to miss restaurant in the area is Carter's Kitchen. Recently named to the top 100 New Restaurants in the US, you will savor every morsel. The Boone Plantation is worth the visit. Magnificent, simply put. The history in all its detail will provide a real "wow" factor. This home, nestled in a quiet residential area is the perfect location to quickly get downtown or to explore the beaches. We hope you enjoy your stay as much as we did!Did you find this review helpful? Yes | No Helpful votes: 0/0
