This three bedroom home accommodates 6 people comfortably. The master suite includes a beautifully tiled shower, large tub and double sinks.
This home boasts a gourmet kitchen with granite counter tops and stainless steel appliances and is stocked with all of the necessities to make eating in a breeze. The living room is equipped with a beautiful stone gas fireplace. A large deck is situated right off of the living room with a spectacular view of Mary’s Lake and Prospect Mountain and is equipped with a gourmet gas grill. You’ll enjoy sitting outside and watching the wildlife pass through as well as enjoying the star-filled Rocky Mountain skies.
A family room is located on the lower level as well as two of the three bedrooms. A fully furnished laundry room is also available for your convenience.
Just three miles from the Beaver Meadow entrance to Rocky Mountain National Park and a five minute drive to down town Estes Park makes this property extremely convenient to everything Estes Park has to offer. The house was beautiful and very clean. It was beautifully furnished with a well stocked supply of kitchen and other essentials. The view from the extra large deck was wonderful. The quiet neighborhood is lovely, and not far from downtown. I really can't say enough good things about our stay. It is the perfect spot for a relaxing or adventurous vacation. We will definitely be back!Recommended for: Adventure seekers, age 55+, romantic getaway, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, sightseeing.

This was absolutely fantastic!!!! The cleanest nicest, kids friendly place we have been in. The owners were super nice, the place was 10 times better then described. Dream vacation made possible, In fact we are coming back next year!!! My friends and I were quite thrilled with this great find. The home was perfect for our needs providing a beautiful yet relaxing environment with all of the amenities of home. The kitchen was very well stocked which made cooking a breeze. We loved sitting out on the deck which overlooks Mary's Lake. Such a great view of the lake and the mountains. My husband and I were very pleased with the accommodations at the Lake Haus. The house is beautifully furnished and very comfortable. The deck overlooking Mary's Lake is absolutely gorgeous. Year Purchased: 2010
About the owner: Both natives of Pennsylvania, we took our first trip to Colorado in 2009. During this vacation, we took a day trip to Estes Park and fell in love with it. We returned in 2010 and bought a property. We are now full time residence of Estes Park and love our new community.
Why the Owner Chose Estes Park:
Our property is three years old and still has the 'new house' smell! It was built by one of the top builders in this area for luxury homes. This home is very well maintained and has all the amenities you need to make for a very comfortable stay.
The Unique Benefits at this House:
The entire house is beautiful and well laid out. What really was the selling point for us was the beautiful view of Mary's Lake from the living room window. We expanded the deck that faces the lake, and it is our favorite place to hang out.
