Pros: Great looking home, absolutely loved our stay. It was super clean and had everything we needed. Parking wasn't bad either. We actually had Rockstar parking every night. Just be aware of the parking restrictions on weekdays. Joan will run you through all that. She was very accommodated and easy to deal with. it is people like her that make vacation rentals run smooth and easily. It didn't have T.V's in every room but who needs T.V's when you are on vacation. Instead it forced us to meet in the family room to watch a movie. More seating in the family room would be nice. Short drive to downtown and super close to Miller stadium. Oh, there is an old school radio receiver in the main closet near the entrance that is connected to a 1st floor surround sound system. Awesome surprise for us and we absolutely loved it. The music really helped set the mood for our weekend away from home. The houses are very close together. We actually didn't have any issues, and the house felt very private with the high walls in the back. Thanks Joan for adding a wonderful home to our vacation options, it really made our weekend. Cons: We ran out of trash bags. lol. Not bad if that's the only thing wrong with a rental home. All joking aside there were no cons. Happy staycation everyone.Did you find this review helpful? I stayed at this Frank Lloyd Wright House on New Years Eve. The house was in a perfect location. Just called for a cab and it was there within minutes. Depending on where you were going in Milwaukee it was relatively close to a lot of places; stores, restaurants, venues, bars, etc. There is over night street parking. The house itself was perfect for 2 nights. However, there were no couches in the living room area which made it hard for everyone to really get "comfortable", but there were plenty of chairs that matched perfectly with the Frank Lloyd Wright design. If traveling with teenagers make sure they know there is no cable there! Fully furnished and has everything you need for cooking. The house gets a little cold at night. Make sure you turn off all the lights and don't wear your shoes in the house. Hardwood floors. Great size bedrooms and bathrooms! Not so good lighting in rooms. Good experience overall. Would definitely stay here again!Recommended for: Families with teenagers, sightseeing, tourists without a car, girls getaway.

About the owner: As a big fan of Frank Lloyd Wright, I was surprised when we first time saw the house. Former owners David and Jillayne Arena and their family spent 36 years and did a great job restoring the house.
