We invite you to enjoy a nearly perfect beach experience. "Our" stretch of emerald blue water and white-sugar sandy beach is located in a private beach community - from October through April you can enjoy a mostly private beach. (See photos). Even the Summer months are relaxing - only a few more sunbathers. We are located next door to the popular Rosemary Beach within walking distance to the restaurants and amenities without the crowds or expense.
The cottage is available for nightly (3 night min.), weekly or monthly rental.
Many fine restaurants are within walking distance or just a short drive along Scenic Highway 30a. Traditional shopping & Outlet shopping are thirty minutes either east to Panama City Beach or west to Sandestin and Destin. Seaside (ten minutes to the west) and Rosemary Beach (walking distance) offers boutiques, restaurants, antiques, arts & crafts and other trendy shops and amenities. Destin and Panama City offer awesome Gulf and fresh water-fishing trips. Golf courses abound in South Walton, Panama City and Destin. There is the amusement park, goofy golf, giant slides, and Gulf World for the Kids!
This home has just been redecorated -- see new photos. It features a large kitchen and great room with cathedral ceiling. The bedrooms are large and spacious also. Your pet is welcome and the cottage is NON-SMOKING for all to enjoy. Much to do or just relax and read a book while enjoying the sounds of the surf!! The cottage is South of Scenic Hwy 30A and Hwy. 98.
