The "PINK FLAMINGO" is sassy, fun, and comfortable, reflecting the designer owner's touch everywhere. The furnishings are top quality yet very functional. The open style of the living room, dining room, and large kitchen, in addition to the high ceilings, offer an enormous space for large gatherings. The dining room table seats 8 and there are three additional bar stools at the counter. Just outside on a small deck is the charcoal grill and outside shower heads. The kitchen is fully stocked with service for 12 as well as lots of unique and fun serving platters and accessories.
Special attention has been given to the comfort of the bedrooms. All the beds have new top-of-the-line best quality mattresses. In addition, both 100% down pillows and polyfill pillows are offered. All of our guest comment on the luxurious comfort of the beds.
For planning purposes:
Master bedroom: It's a large bedroom with a king size bed, an armoire with tv, a walk out balcony, luggage racks and beautiful reading lamps. The bath has a double sink with the best jacuzzi tub plus a separate glass shower stall. It is located on the second floor.
Second master bedroom: This bedroom has a lovely apple green antique queen bed, an armoire with a tv, a walk out balcony , luggage racks, good reading lights, and a private bath with a sink- shower combination. It is located across a long hall from the master bedroom. The spacious hall has a computer desk and wireless internet.
Childrens OR Grandparents bedroom: It is located on the first floor and has extra long bunk beds, a trundle bed and a separate single bed. There is a very large walk-in closet in this bedroom which is great for suitcases. There is a tv on a chest. The bath is located just outside the room.
Tower bedroom. This is a very funky special space. It has cute blue plaid double sleeper sofas, two walk out balconies, an armoire with a tv, a wet bar with refrigerator and a separate full bath. This is a great room for young children or just relaxing and getting away from the crowds.
The tower room's large balcony has a tall colorful bar table with tall chairs for watching the sunset over the Gulf.
Mothers don't worry about bringing so many additional beach amenities. There is an outside closet, conviently located on the back deck, which has 2 bicycles, an electric pump, beach toys, beach chairs, a small umbrella, and a cooler. There are beach towels provided for you located in the laundry room. There's lots of good reading material, dvd's, videos, a great speaker system and board games.
The house is located on the east side of Seacrest Beach, just one row from walking paths to Rosemary Beach. It's 2 and one half short block from the fabulous 5 tiered 12,000.00 ft. pool and a short walk to the beach. There is also a shuttle that you can call and it loads all your beach equipment and takes you right to the beach. The house has vacant lots directly across the street which adds to a nice feeling of space. Nice for both parking extra cars and for privacy while sitting out on the master room deck.
We now have added wireless internet service and new carpet in the bedrooms.
We've had very complimentary comments about our house and think you will find it both delightful with all the artsy touches everywhere and the total comfort which you deserve while on vacation.

My family and I booked TPF last year along with another family. We sent our deposit and everything went smoothly with the owners and rental process leading up to our trip. We arrived excited and pleased at the exterior or the home. Upon moving into our rooms and beginning to settle in we noticed a few things - dishes were in dishwasher and were not clean, dried food on the countertops, sand in the kids sheets in the bunk beds, dirty floors, dirty master toilet and porch light bulbs out. There were no non-stick pans, too few dishes and cups. However, grateful for the chance to be at the beach with friends of course we just washed everything up, swept and went to the store and bought bulbs - I do these things at home and don't care to on vacation. We surely didn't want to be rude and call the owners - that wouldve been the best thing we could've done looking back now. After a great week at the beach we packed up to go home and followed the checklist for leaving - take out trash, etc etc. Many weeks after returning home we never received our deposit back so I called the owner and was informed that we had stained carpets and coverlets and was being charged my deposit to cover damages. We were never contacted until that point and we certainly did not leave these stains - however we were also told cleaning crew had been fired. Unfortunately I do believe we had to take the blame for a pitiful job others were doing to prepare home for renters and a disgruntled family who has to rent their summer home to make up for a bad economy. After going back and forth several times we were given a portion of our deposit back. The Pink Flamingo has so much to offer but in the end we were left burned and disappointed. My advice would be Renters beware - there are plenty of other homes in the seacrest area.

A wonderful beach home! Had many extra ammenities such as bikes, pool toys, etc. Tons of room and darling decor! We all hated to leave. Very short walk to the pool and loved the "limo" golf cart that would pick us up when we called. You won't be disappointed in this one!!

We have had very nice favorable omments in our guest book located in the house. Everyone talks about the confort of the beds. The only request that we have had is for placemats.
