I enjoyed my stay at this condo very much......it is kid friendly, clean and well maintained. I like the fact that stores are within walking distance as well as the beach, where i can go for a great walk, or spent the day.... I can stay at the condo and enjoy sitting in the screened in porch or on the patio and watch the water way, where we actually saw a dolphin one morning ... We would recommend this property to families with children, or older folks, as it is a ground level unit, for easy access... Can't wait to stay here again....Recommended for: People with disabilities, romantic getaway, families with teenagers, girls getaway, adventure seekers, tourists without a car, sightseeing, families with young children, age 55+.

I have been traveling to Madeira Beach for many years and this was my first time staying in this facility. This condo was one of the cleanest units I have ever stayed in and with two small children it gave me some peace of mind. Also being on the ground floor was exceptional. It made easy to come and go with strollers and beach gear. Everything you need is so close. We were able to walk to the beach, park, and grocery store. These amenities are all so close. There were tons of options for shopping and eating out, all within minutes of the condo. Thank you for contributing to a great experience.Recommended for: People with disabilities, romantic getaway, families with teenagers, girls getaway, tourists without a car, families with young children, age 55+.

Why the Owner Chose Madeira Beach Yacht Club:
I started visiting this part of Florida with my parents when I was a child and since then I have had a family of my own and now have grandchildren.
I remember driving by the Madeira Beach Yacht Club years ago and telling my wife that one day I'm going to own a place there and when the opportunity arose I seized it.
It makes me very happy that I will be able to give my children and grandchildren the chance to create and have as many good memories as I do from visiting Madeira Beach.
