When looking for a place to vacation we wanted something that would be suitable for the whole family (we needed to accommodate 4 teenagers). This place fit our requirements to a tee. There was everything we needed and it felt very cozy. The owner was available with any questions we had and helped us with where to go for a great meal. We would definitely do this again!Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway.

We are in this wonderful location for one week now and are already dreading when we must leave at month's end. The location is a perfect fit for us, near shopping, the beach and family. It is clean, comfortable and spacious. A nice enclosed yard (which we have not used due to weather) is also fenced and private. Overall, I would recommend this to anyone looking for a complete household, in a quiet, safe neighborhood.Recommended for: Age 55+, people with disabilities, pet owners, romantic getaway, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, sightseeing.

We came to Wilmington to look for a house & needed a place to stay for one month. We found this VRBO listing and feel very fortunate that we did. The location is awesome! The neighborhood is quiet, peaceful, and very safe since there is no through traffic. We're 3 miles from Wrightsville beach, close to downtown, shopping, restaurants,etc.The owner was very accommodating and gracious to us and the house is more than enough for the 2 of us plus it would accommodate several more. We have thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend it to anyone who wishes to spend time in Wilmington, NC.Recommended for: Age 55+.

We wanted to find a comfortable home for a month's stay in the Wilmington/Wrightsville Beach area to spend some time with friends and family. What a WONDERFUL find this rental is! The house is beautifully decorated and supplied with anything and everything we might need. It has a great floor plan with room for any familiy that might stay for a visit. Everything is up-to-date, super-clean, and the owners couldn't be nicer to deal with! The location is only minutes from Wrightsville Beach and also from Wilmington proper--very convenient to shopping, too. Couldn't ask for a better place -- We will be back!Recommended for: Adventure seekers, age 55+, romantic getaway, families with teenagers, families with young children, sightseeing.

Exceeded my expectations...great neighborhood for bikes, walking, close to beach & shopping. The home is beautifully decorated...open, bright, charming. Master is private with nice bath, access to enclosed patio. Other bedrooms off back hall...works well for children or guests. Owner very helpful...definitely plan to return.Recommended for: Age 55+, people with disabilities, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, sightseeing.
