  We were a family from 1 to 91. This home was perfect. Various family members could be out at the pool, while others might be inside taking a nap (the baby monitor worked at the pool), getting lunch (great kitchen), or checking something on the computer (internet included). The house is so comfortable, tons of towels, washer and dryer, three bathrooms. We never got in each other's way, even at the peak of the visit when we had 8 people in the home (from great grandparents to baby). Everything is on one floor, with nobody above or below us. The only tiny downside is that it isn't super soundproof between rooms, but we quickly got used to moderating sound (it also got us to sync our schedules which turned out to be going to bed on the early side so we could awaken early and enjoy the sun light). The golf cart was fantastic -- it acted like a second car. Some of us could be out doing an errand, while the others could cart over to the resort for a morning treat, or evening cocktail. The home is also just across the street from the property's barbecues, and larger pools (our one-year old LOVED the pool that she could walk into and play with the other children, while we loved the french fries and smoothies). Andrea is the absolute perfect hostess. At 6:00 AM on the day of our arrival, I remembered that I hadn't asked her for a crib. She immediately replied to my e-mail saying that she would have a crib delivered by the time we arrived -- which she did. She was super pleasant about it, as she was throughout our engagement. Lots of area information is available at the home as well. Our family has stayed in many homes, hotels, resorts around the world. This is the first time I have been moved to write a review. On the last day, we all agreed that we would definitely love to return to this home.

  What a wonderful way to celebrate a 60th birthday. This condo was over-the-top and more than we expected. The property was clean, well maintained, and the kitchen had everything a cook could want. We enjoyed the pools, the hammocks, driving the golf cart to the La Quinta Inn for lunch, preparing meals in the kitchen, relaxing with a cup of coffee in the living room, and enjoying breakfast outside on the patio. We shopped in Old Town La Quinta, went to the Follies in Palm Springs, and walked through the outside market at the College of the Desert. We just might have to make this an annual Ladies Get-a-way. Thank you so much for sharing your beautiful home with others. It really was a treat!!

  We just returned from a girlfriends getaway to Andrea's beautiful desert home. We had such a great time, I couldn't wait to get home and write this review. Not only is this home in a wonderful location, it's even more spacious and beautiful in person. It's filled with everything you need for a relaxing time away. There is plenty of space, more than enough for the 5 of us and it could even have accommodated up to 8 perfectly. The Legacy Villa property is stunning and has plenty of options that will keep each member in your party entertained. The golf cart was definitely a highlight and a blast for driving around the complex! We drove it over to the resort next door for lunch and couldn't of had a better time. This was definitely the icing on the cake!! I can't say enough about Andrea, she is so warm and helpful! She was so accommodating for every need, and answered all of my emails (which were quite a few) usually within minutes. We are already making plans to go back as soon as possible.

  The owner was fantastic to deal with even helping us with some pre trip research for other rental items we needed for our trip.This unit is beautiful, clean, comfortable and great proximity to pools small grill restaurant/bar, and the golf cart was great for trips to the fantastic resort nextdoor with great shops, dining. My only suggestion would be to have a landline phone available for emergency calls as we found our cell phones would often drop calls in various areas of the unit. We would definately book this home again and will recommend to friends and family wanting to visit the area.

  Our stay was nothing less than perfect!!!! We arrived to a very clean condo. Everything and more was in the condo. Andreas's discription and advice was right on!! The only thing wrong with the holiday was the fact that it was too! short. We hope to return for a longer stay. Everything Andrea told us is correct. Her cleaning staff should be commended. Andrea you have a special place . Thank you Paul and Sheila Turner

  This property is absolutely gorgeous! Spacious, comfortable and in a great location. The owner is so friendly and helpful; it really feels like you are home away from home. We would definitely stay again.

  Amazing property. Private garage with its own golf cart! House was very clean and well furnished. It was stocked with everything, detergent, soap, plenty of towels. Kitchen was spacious and beds were comfortable. Plenty of pools at the Legacy Villas and the clubhouse and fitness center was a plus. A short car or golf cart ride to the La Quinta resort. We really enjoyed renting this place, it more than met our expectations and the owner was very easy to work with and flexible with check in and out times. Having stayed at the La Quinta Resort several times, have to say this house at the Legacy Villas and the entire residential community trumps the La Quinta. Will definetly be back!

  This townhome could not have been more perfect.  Everything was in pristine shape, from the fluffy towels, well equipped kitchen and flat screen televisions in every room.  The owner was very pleasant and even sent a new roasting pan, thermometer and baster when she learned we were planning to cook Thanksgiving dinner. The location was excellent as it afforded privacy and a spectacular view of the hills and was only steps to the pool.  The golf cart was a nice addition as an alternative to walking to the resort next door.  We are already planning our next trip and would highly recommend this property.”

  I regularly stay at La Quinta Resort, but heard great things about the property next to it, Legacy Villas which I was told was originally part of the resort and does look just like the Spa Villas. My stay exceeded my expectations. This property is beautiful, new and clean with every detail thought of. The furnishings are sophisticated, high ceilings, granite throughout, and really comfortable. The master bath is very large and all bathrooms really nice. This location is set apart from the two story condominiums and is the most upscale. The patio is connected to the living room and master bedroom by french doors and was so spacious, private and gated! Our group headed to the pool and spa (we had it all to ourselves) off the patio for a night swim. I did not think we would use the golf cart, but it was the icing on top of the trip! My family will remember our night drives to get ice cream at the hotel next door, a family highlight. All in all, one of our favorite trips, and I would definitely stay at this particular property again. Andrea was helpful and was great to work with.
