A lovely dining area with sliding glass doors overlooks your own private deck, where you can relax and sunbathe on a comfortable lounge, or dine al-fresco viewing landscaped grounds and the beautiful, heated pool.
The living room has a comfortable sofa, which pulls out to a queen-size bed, a lounge chair, ample closet and storage space, flat screen color cable TV, HBO, DVD player, clock radio, and telephone with message service. Air conditioning is provided for complete comfort.
Upstairs awaits your master bedroom with queen-size bed, dresser, sink/vanity and mirrors, make-up mirror, ample closet space, flat screen cable TV, HBO, DVD player, telephone, and clock radio. Gaze out over the crystal clear pool and magnificent grounds and glimpse the ocean. A separate full-size bathroom with tub/shower completes the second floor. Air conditioning is, of course, standard. All towels and bed linens are included, and maid service is provided mid-week and at check-out.

There are two tennis courts, bath house with steam baths, an exercise studio with the latest equipment, ice machine, and washers and dryers for your added convenience. The surf club is a perfect location in montauk. Grounds were beautiful, condo extremely clean, slightly dated. Owner a pleasure to deal with as well as the surf club staff themselves.
Recommended for:Girls getaway, age 55+, tourists without a car.

We just spent a week at this place and we had a great time. Surf Club was great for us, traveling with babies. It was easy to get to all the local activities, usually within walking distance. And it was great to have the pool and beach REALLY close by. It was a nice plus that the Club took care of towels, beach chairs, umbrellas. They were so accomodating and the staff even helped us to get the stroller out to our spot on the beach. It also has a great pool with lots of room for all the kids AND adults. And people were so just so friendly, we had such a good time! The unit itself was great, especially with kids. It had everything we needed (except good wireless access, but no biggie when you are on vacation!) It is basically a one bedroom unit, though so it maybe small quarters if you have bigger kids. We hope we can return again next summer!

My wife and I have been spending our summer vacations in the Montauk community for years. This property is very comfortable and convenient. This was our first time at the Surf Club and we loved it! We will certainly return!

It is clean and comfortable and very compact with everything we needed and more. There are nice cross breezes. We enjoy walking, and this condo is only steps to a beautiful beach and very close to town. If we return to Montauk we would like to stay here again.

We just returned from a fabulous week at the Surf Club in Montauk. We arrived just prior to the season's official start and used the condo as a base from which to explore the Long Island wineries and restaurants by bicycle and car. We had a blast. The condo was perfect: simply furnished, new HD TVs and internet, a fully equipped kitchen. It was easy to set everything up with the owners beforehand and once we were there, found the manager and office folks very friendly and helpful! There's a great little gym with sauna and tennis court. The condo deck sits in the huge courtyard and overlooks the pool. And the Surf Club is located right on the beach. The unit is literally walking distance from some of the best eateries around: Joni's has the very best muffins ever, great organic breakfast wraps and fantastic chili; there's a great little health food store right around the corner and a larger grocery store so we could cook in if we wanted. There was even a massage therapist and chiropractor in walking distance! We highly recommend this place to anyone who is looking for a great getaway!

Just returned and loved it here! Great rental located in the heart of Montauk. Perfectly situated on the edge of town so you have privacy, but can walk to restaurants and shops which we did daily. Unit overlooks the beautiful heated pool and is steps to the beach, we will definately be back. The owner was terrific to work with and gave us great information. Thank you for making our trip such a memorable experience.

The Surf Club and this rental unit are wonderful! The location could not be better - pool and ocean access, a stone's throw from town - and the condo is clean, airy and extremely comfortable. I will definitely return!

The Surf Club is truly the best place to stay in Montauk. The condo is perfect, it's very clean, and the grounds are beautiful. It is located within walking distance to everything. It is the perfect place for families! We will definitely return!!!
