A group of my friends and I were in town last weekend for a wedding. What a WONDERFUL stay we had at the condo! The accessibility to the river walk and shops in town was more than we could have asked for, as well as the view of (and distance from) the Stanley Hotel, where the wedding took place. I even had the pleasure of running in to Laura as we were arriving and she was more than welcoming to us and offered some suggestions about where to go in town. The rental was exactly what we had expected from the pictures, and we walked in to a spotless condo despite the fact that other renters had checked out just a few short hours prior to our arrival. My friends and I have already discussed finding some vacation time to return to Estes, and can't even imagine looking for somewhere else to stay. The accommodations were perfect, location ideal, and STARBUCKS was only a short walk away!! Kind Coffee directly below us was gat as well. If you are looking for a great place to stay and enjoy your time in Estes, you need not look any further... This property is the one! Thank you again Sid and Laura! We had a wonderful time.Recommended for: Tourists without a car, families with young children, families with teenagers, adventure seekers, girls getaway, romantic getaway, sightseeing.
Owner response: Thank you. We're so glad you enjoyed your stay. It was nice meeting you as well, and we hope you will have a chance to get back to Estes soon.

This is a condo you could live in! Very spacious - beautifully appointed - great kitchen - 2 outdoor decks overlooking the river and the best location in town. Coffee shop is directly below as is the riverwalk path to shops and restaurants. The owners are very responsive about providing information to make sure your stay is a good one.Recommended for: Age 55+, families with young children, families with teenagers, girls getaway, romantic getaway.
Owner response: We are so glad you enjoyed your stay. Thank you.

Stayed in the property over the Labor Day weekend and we were very pleased. Clean and confortable with much space for my wife, daughter, grandaughter and me (could easily accomodate many more). The best feature for us was the location. Walked to the shops, restaurants (Mama Rose, a short stroll up the river walk; Kind Coffee, just outside the door; Ed's Cantina across the parking lot) and of course, the Park a few minutes drive or a shuttle to the Park outside the door.Walked with the grandaughter to the Tram for a nice view of Estes Park. The feature that we enjoyed the most were the balconies that overlooked the River. The sights and sounds were wonderful. The pictures were accurate...upon arriving at night, there were two large female elk close to the door and a very large bull elk close by. At night we could hear some street noise but above that we could hear the call of the bull elk to his herd. We have stayed in other condos outside of town and in town and this was the best so far. I would recommend this property to friends and relatives. It was great.Did you find this review helpful? Yes | No Helpful votes: 0/0

I stayed here for two nights in September and thought it was the perfect vacation spot in Estes Park. The condo was very clean and comfortable with plenty of space and every amenity that you could ask for, as well as shops and restaurants right at your doorstep. I only wish I had more time to take advantage of the large and well-equipped kitchen! I would recommend this condo to anyone, there is room for multiple families or for friends on a getaway. The two decks overlooking the river are the perfect place for a glass (or two) of wine. The location was great, with easy access to the roads going to RMNP and heading back down to the Denver area. Also, the internet and TV was a huge plus! Looking forward to going back in the future.Did you find this review helpful? Yes | No Helpful votes: 0/0
