Our lodge is 2300 sq ft of comfort and accommodations. We've included everything we thought would make your stay pleasant and memorable. The kitchen and dining room are open and there is an additional stove-top island for additional entertaining. The grounds are lined with mature trees and lush grass and has a beautiful view of both the river and the mountains. We see lots of wildlife, including deer, bald eagles, bears, minks, raccoons, moose and of course, fish. We also have available beautiful RV spots for rent nightly or weekly.

Very comfortable property in an excellent location and well furnished and organized. This property can accomodate 6 to 10 people and the rate is very reasonable and the owner goes out of his way to be sure you are comfortable and have what you may need. Our group certainly plans to return.Recommended for: Adventure seekers, families with young children, families with teenagers, age 55+.

Up to 5 guests, $250.00 per night, 2 night minimum.
6 guests, $300 p/ night; 2 night minimum;
7 guests, $350 p/ night; 2 night minimum;
8 guests, $400 p/ night; 2 night minimum;
9 and 10 guests, $450 p/ night; 2 night minimum.
RV spots are rented nightly or weekly at the rate of $15 per night. We provide water.

Cancellation policy:
JUMPING RAINBOW LODGE AND CABINS This short term rental agreement (the Agreement) is made by and between Jumping Rainbow Lodge and Cabins (the Homeowner) and you (the Guest) as of the date last set forth on the signature page of this Agreement. For good and valuable consideration, the sufficiency of which is acknowledged, the parties hereby agree as follows: 1. The property is located at 2824 Old U.S. Highway 91, Cascade, Montana. The property is fully furnished. 2. This agreement begins at 4:00 p.m. (check-in) on the reserved day and ends at 11:00 a.m. (check out) on the last reserved day. 3. The maximum occupancy for this Lodge is 10. 4. Guests agree to abide by the rules of the house, as is on this listing. 5. Guests shall allow Homeowner access to the property for purposes of repair and inspection. Homeowner shall exercise this right of access in a reasonable manner. 6. Guests shall report all problems to Homeowner immediately. 7. A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your reservation. 8. Deposits for cancelled reservations will be refunded in full with a 30 day or more notice. Cancellations within 30 days will forfeit all deposit money. 9. There is no smoking allowed inside the Lodge. 10. All wading boots and fishing gear will be left outside the Lodge. 11. Homeowners are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the Guests. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all Guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others whom they invite to use the premises. 12. Guests shall keep the property and all furnishings in good condition. 13. DO NOT FLUSH anything other than toilet paper into the septic system.

About: We currently live in Great Falls and have, until very recently, owned residential rentals in downtown. We are both born and raised in Montana and have deep roots here. Our families go back 3 generations as Montanans.
