  My husband booked this place condo for us to get a break from our routine and four little angels. I'll admit I usually like hotels because they are so accommodating. But this place exceeded my expectations. The view was so captivating I didn't want to go out. The place was cozy and clean. We were so close to all my heart desires and the price is unbelievable. We felt like we were back in college at this place. It is now definitely our go to spot when staying in Houston.

  Recommended for: Sightseeing, romantic getaway, adventure seekers.

  My husband and I wanted to stay somewhere different and luxurious! This condo exceeded our expectations. I was pleasantly surprised at how beautiful this room/building are. This would be an ideal location for the 2013 NBA All Star Game. The owner is very nice & accommodating. There is a store downstairs with all of your needs including some groceries, toiletries, and the store has a deli inside that delivers to your room. The photos don't capture how posh & clean this place is. I would recommend this condo to everyone! A major plus is that you don't have to commit to stay for 4 or 5 days, which deterred me from other vrbo properties. Sometimes you just need a quick getaway! You won't be disappointed with this property or owner!

  Recommended for: Age 55+, sightseeing, romantic getaway, tourists without a car, adventure seekers, girls getaway.

  Plain and simple, you're not going to find a comparable luxury hotel or rental option w these amenities, at this price. Clean, modern, and the terrace and view are phenomenal. Reminds me of a NYC or Chicago type loft unit that you rarely find in Houston. I'll be back! Owners are a great help as well.

  I would and must def recommend this condo to any one who is looking to spend nothing buy quality time in a quality place in Houston downtown area.. this place is a fantastic hang out for couples and friends...We went there on time and before we reached i got constant updates from Charles (owner) of the condo on my status of Arrival and i had a person (mrs Johnson) available to assist me when i arrive there.. They took me around the Luxury living and showed me the facilities available there.. it has got good facilities for each floor.. Especially the Lounge on each floor is a very nice place to hang around 24/7 , rest, read books by the side of the pool.. the pool is 24/7 too.. We went into the condo and was spell bound by the decor and Down town View.. Amazing view of Houston Downtown and this is the only Condo with furniture in the balcony for enjoying the downtown view.. Royal looks for the price we pay, Mac desktop, bar stools, 2 big screen TV's what more... The check out time was 12 and i had to extend it for an hour or more and Charles was very kind enough to extend it till 2 PM.. I am completely satisfied with my Houston Condo Experience... Don't miss it.. Its really worth staying here than a 4 star hotel for the same price.. its more spacious and more comfortable with a beautiful view...

  Recommended for: Families with teenagers, age 55+, sightseeing, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway.

  The location is ideal, the atmosphere is excellent, and the amenities were fabolous. The only issue I had is that I did not have enough time to enjoy it all. I used this getaway as an opportunity to propose to my girlfriend and she accepted. I used the movie room for DVD's I made of her and of us.There is so much to do to preoccupy your time if you want to get away and relax. I would definitely stay here again but I would allow myself the time to utilize all that this place has to offer.

  What a great condo! It looks every bit as good in person as it does in the pictures. The view is spectacular! Comfortable, attractive furnishings. Nice kitchen. The owner stocked a lot of extras - coffee, spices, shampoo, soap, toiletries. Everything was spotlessly clean. The owner was extremely helpful and showed us around the property, so we could easily find the pool, fitness area, massage rooms, and media room. This condo is my first choice of places to stay next time I come to Houston.

  We've stayed at many hotels and rentals, but nothing can compare to this hidden charm. I'm originally from Houston and never had a clue about this place. We chosed this place instead of staying with family for our anniversary gathering because of the central location, convenience to stores, entertainment, museums, dining and luxury we are accustomed to when vacationing. Upon our arrival we were greeted by the valet, concierge and owner. All were very kind and inviting from day one till our departure. I wished we could have stayed longer to enjoy all the services and amenities that was offered. Not only will they be seeing us again, but a few of my friends will be reserving their stay very soon as well. Thanks again!

  The place looks even better in person. The view of downtown is just stunning! It was my girlfriends birthday and we needed a place close to downtown and to my job so we wouldn't have to drive all the way back home. The owner was very helpful and gave us a tour of the features the building has. Will definitely be staying here again soon!

  Wonderful.. and really nice place. Excellent view, and perfect for all kinds of rendevous. Worked out very well for my guest, meeting, and stay. WILL BE BACK.

  My boyfriend and I rented this apartment for one night because we had tickets to the Houston ballet. The location is fantastic....Midtown, downtown, the Galleria area, and Rice Village were all easily accessible. Charleston, our host, was very accommodating and gave us a tour of the building, facilities, and apartment upon arrival. We love the building and all of its amenities....our only regret was that we were only there for one night and couldn't enjoy more of it. The apartment itself is perfect. The view is just as pictured, and after the ballet we enjoyed a relaxing night of sipping wine on the balcony and enjoying the gorgeous view. The apartment is clean and surprisingly spacious. For the price, I will always book this apartment over a hotel room when I am in Houston. We are already looking for another reason to visit Houston so we can rent this apartment again!
