HERITAGE BAY is a new luxurious gated community surrounded by acres of walking trails, wildlife and lakes and is approximately 20 min to the Ft. Myers airport, and to Old Historic Naples and Third street, home to boutiques and the finest restaurants you could desire. Vanderbilt Beach and Naples Beach are also approximately 20 minutes away. Beautiful Coconut Point Mall includes wonderful shopping and dining. The new Mercato shopping center has an incredible movie theater with sofa like, reserved seats plus great dining. Both centers are also about 20 minutes away. Naples famous sunsets are exquisite especially from the glorious beaches and beachfront restaurants. About the owner: We are the Burghardt's, a German family who love to be in paradise (which we found at Naples, Florida!) We try to come as often as our business allow us to escape to meet many of our friends at Heritage Bay. We come for over 15 years to Naples and feel 'at home'. Our daughter Michelle is a freshman at Armstrong Atlantic University in Savannah, Georgia.
Why the Owner Chose Heritage Bay:
The friendly character of the people around, the warm weather, the beautiful beaches and at least our aim to do a lot of sports is one reason, why we bought this beautiful condo at Heritage Bay. We call it EAGLE'S NEST because we know that there is a real eagle nest in the environment. The main reason for this condo was the breathtaking view to the big lake. You can see the landmark of Heritage bay - a beautiful bridge -, you can enjoy sunrise and sunset from both lanai and you are entertained by watching golfer trying to make Birdie and PAR - BUT your privacy is always respected.
The Unique Benefits at this Condo:
The lake view is the USP on this condo and there not many more Verandas at Heritage Bay that have either golf and lake view and privacy, because the distance to the golf course is perfect.
