You will be able to enjoy the view of the Mexican Gulf from every room in my unit. This 'home away from home' condominium is BEACHFRONT PROPERTY. Building has both elevator and stair. It is smoke free and pets are not permitted. As per USA TODAY Sand Key has been rated one of the country's top ten beaches and 'Best Place To Watch a Sunset'. Lighthouse Towers was recently renovated and is one of the impressive upscale community. I have upgraded a lot of things in the condo and stay there regularly to make certain everything is in order. I take great pride in the cleanliness and what I have to offer my guests. Staying in a condo on the beach gives you an alternative to staying in a hotel and can be money saving vacation. You will not have to be tipping someone every time you want your car and you can have your own parking spad assign to the unit. You may cook in the fully equipped kitchen, grill out on gas grills near the pool or walk across the street from Lighthouse Towers where we have boutique type shops, Dunking Donuts, Starbucks (in Marriott Hotel), ice cream store and 5 stars restaurants. You don't even have to have a car because most everything you would need is within walking distance and if you choose to go further you can catch the Trolley. You will not have to share a single room with the children and have two full bathroom. You will find many personal touches because I use our condo as vacation home as often as possible. This spacious One bedroom/Two bath condo offer everything you will need for comfortable stay: 55' HDTV with cable, new furniture in living room( sofa has queen-size hide-a-bed) and dining room. In-unit washer and dryer means that you don't have to pack as many clothes or go anywhere to do your laundry nor pay for the use of it. There is an ironing board and iron in separate closet in the hallway. Kitchen(with window and eating-in space) has all appliances, microwave and numerous items for your convenience. You can fit everyone at our large dining table. Master bedroom has incredibly comfortable king-size bed with new mattress(linens are provided as well as towels), TV, NordicTrack Commercial VR Bike, walking closet and in-suite bathroom. The condo has two cordless telephones (with messaging machine) that may be used for unlimited Nationwide, Canada and Puerto Rico telephone service and incoming long distance calls. We also provide free high speed wireless internet. A new air conditioner with heat pump system was install in April 2015 for your comfort. Condo offer such premium amenities as Gulf front huge heated pool and spa that has full sun all day long, wet bar with BBQ-grill, tennis court, shuffle-board, basketball hoop, putting green, reserve parking and 24/7 security guard. My unit is full equipped for fun with beach towels, chairs and umbrella. Cleaning staff is available 7 days a week for an additional charge. We also have handyman on call in case of emergency repair. Lounge on the balcony and watch the sunsets or dolphins play. Lighthouse Towels is just step away from Sand Key Park. The Jolly Trolley can be picked every 30 min and will take you from Clearwater Beach, John's Pass and as far as Pass-A-Grille with many stores and restaurants on the way.
