About the owner: We are Brian and Becky Akins and we live in Carmel, Indiana with our three teenagers. We grew up in Indianapolis and often visited Sanibel during spring breaks from school. We purchased our Junonia condo in 2012. We love Sanibel and our condo and we want you to love them too.
Why the Owner Chose Junonia:
Junonia is a quiet, upscale complex on the west end of Sanibel. We loved this condo as soon as we walked in the door. We loved the large size, the decor, the new kitchen and baths, and the beautiful third floor views.
