  This was my first time using this service and Amarildo was a great host. He made the experience and process very easy. The apartment was immaculate!! The location was wonderful, we walked everywhere. We were just a block away from Lincoln Mall Rd and about a 10-15 min walk to Ocean Drive. Would definitely stay here again when I come back to Miami. Thank you Amarildo!

  Everything was better than expected. The pictures are very accurate of what you see. Property was clean and well appointed, had everything that you could ever need or want. It was in close proximity to many attractions and worth the walk to each one. about a 10 minute walk to the beach and 5 minute walk to the lincoln mall. we did encounter a small issue while we were there but amarildo was able to fix our issue with a quickness. There was great communication from the start of the reservation to the check out. i would definitly recommend this to our family and friends and will definitly stay again.

  My husband and I just returned from a 3 night stay in this beautiful, upscale apartment in Miami Beach (near 17th Street and Meridian Ave). We were not dissappointed. In fact it was everything the pictures and descriptions of the property indicate and more. Beautifully furnished and immaculately clean as others have noted. The bed was very comfortable. The kitchen is well equipped with everything you could possibly need. The 3D HD TV in the living area is a nice bonus as well as the flat screen TV in the bedroom. There is a reserved covered parking space if needed. The location is close to restaurants and shops on Lincoln Ave and many others are within walking distance. The beach is a good 3-4 long blocks away but goes quickly when walking down Lincoln Ave. The owner and her property assistants were very easy to contact and arrived promptly at the time of our arrival and departure. I would highly reccomend this apartment for your stay in Miami Beach. You cannot go wrong. It is so nice to have options of where to stay other than overpriced hotel rooms.

  Recommended for: Sightseeing, tourists without a car, age 55+, romantic getaway.

  This condo is well worth the cost. Perfect location, parking spot, design as beautiful as the pictures suggest if not more and all the amenities needed. Extremely helpful and accommodating owner and property manager. You cannot go wrong with this rental.

  Very functional, extremely clean and newly beautiful decorated. My experience with this condo rental was pleasurable enough to make me want to come back. The location is the close to everything and in an upscale part of South Beach. I am being sincere and honest as I can to say that for the money in this area, you won't be able to find a better apartment to rent. This is a gem. I would definitely recommend to anyone and I will look forward to coming back.

  We stayed here in September for 10 days and all I can say about this place is "WOW". From the moment we walked though the front door we loved it. A great location to enjoy all that South Beach has to offer. Walking distance to the beach and steps away to Lincoln Road (shopping, restaurants, bars). This place is newly renovated and well equipped with everything you will need. Brand new everything! Most importantly it is very clean, in fact, immaculate! All in all, a great place to stay!

  I stayed here for 5 nights from October 3rd through October 7th and may I say, this updated/renovated apartment is absolutely gorgeous. The decor took everything into consideration and every inch of the place was spotless. Every amenity that you could think of was provided (towels, sheets, kitchen appliances, utensils, pots and pans, DVD's for your viewing pleasure. Modern conveniences from the flat screen TV's to the wifi internet access to the very cool automatic shade in the living room. The balcony is an added plus!! Great for winding down after a busy work day. Cleide and her associate Amarildo were a pleasure to work with and kept in touch during my entire stay. Parking with a reserved space is included which is great in the South Beach area as we know parking is a nightmare. Walking distance to everything. I can't say enough good things about this place except that it was a pure pleasure to stay here. Wish I had more time to enjoy it!!

Cancellation policy:

- Check in is after 3:00 pm and Check out is 10:00 am- NO EARLY CHECK IN OR OUT. - This is a NON-SMOKING unit. - Pets are not permitted in rental under any condition. - We will not rent to vacationing students or singles under 21 years of age unless accompanied by an adult guardian or parent. - A damage deposit of U$ 300.00 is required. This must be received when keys are collected. The deposit automatically converts to a security/ damage deposit upon arrival. The deposit is NOT applied toward rent; however it is fully refundable, upon your departure, provided the following provisions are met. A- no damage is done to unit or it's contents, beyond normal wear and tear. B- no charge is incurred due to contraband , pets or collections of rents or services. C- all debris, rubbish and discard are placed in dumpster, and soiled dishes cleaned. D- all keys are surrendered as instructed and unit is left locked. E- all charges accrued during the stay are paid prior departure. F- no linens are lost or damaged. G- no early check in or late check out H- the renter is not evicted by owner ( or representative of the owner), the local law enforcement, the security company employed by my complex. J- owner will specify if the reservation deposit will be required. Otherwise they will require the property damage insurance. - An advance payment equal of 50% of the rental rate is required at the reservation time. The advance payment will be applied toward the room rent. Please make payment in form of: credit card/ cash/direct deposit or wire transfer. The balance due of the rent is due 5 days prior arrival. - a thirty ( 30) days notice is required for cancellations. Cancellations that are made than ( 30) days prior the arrival date will incur NO penalty. Cancellations or changes that result in a shortened stay, that are made within 30 days of arrival date, forfeit the full advance payment and damage/ reservation deposit. - The maximum number of guest per house is limited to ( 4 ) person. NO EXCEPTIONS. Fee will apply per person per night for guest in addition to ( 4 ). TENANT ASSUMES ALL RISKS & FULL LIABILITY FOR ANY & ALL INJURIES INCURRED DURING THE RENTAL PERIOD INSIDE & OUTSIDE UNIT.
