We have been visiting Hilton Head for 15 years and just found the Island Club in 2004. A family oriented resort with a three tier pool,great new walk-in kiddie pool w/water features. tennis, racquetball, basketball, fitness center, outdoor jacuzzi, etc. Our villa has a beautiful lagoon view so you can quietly enjoy your peaceful times watching the ducks, turtles and other wildlife. Kids especially love watching the ducks and turtles as they swim toward your villa when you walk out on your deck.
The pool is within view and beach two minute walk. First floor unit #104 for easy access. We hope you love it as much as we do. King bed in master, queen and twin in second bedroom, beach chairs provided. Tennis, BasketBall, bike rental, kids program in summer. Location is Great for most everything on the Island.

Love sitting on the porch having a quiet afternoon reading after spending the morning on the beach. Then back to the beach for sunset! Grand kids love the ducks and turtles in the lagoon.

Bang For The Buck - Best Beach Rental If You Have Kids

This unit was perfect for my family. We have stayed in Hilton Head two previous times (and one of those other times was in a different Island Club unit.) This place was perfect! Now, it is not fancy or posh. It is a basic unit - and if you have kids, which I have two (6 and 2 years old), then this place is great. LOCATION: The unit is a about 150 yards from the pool; about 400 yards from the beach (5 minute walk with a two-year-old.) This made it easy to return for naps and meals (and evening strolls before bedtime.) And it backs right up to the lagoon - I actually fished off the porch one afternoon.) It is close to WalMart, Publix, Bi-Lo, Starbucks, CVS, Sam's Club and liquor stores (everything you will need.) Mini-golf is bike riding distance (1/2 a mile) and some decent family activites and restaurants are close (Old Oyster Factory and Shelter Cove.) Bedrooms - sleeps 6 easily, but we were also able to put my daughters Pack-n-Play in the huge closet (along with a chair.) She actually thought it was her own room! Kitchen - Has everything you will need - Including all the ice trays you will want (last place we stayed only had 2.) AMENITIES - Island Club has daily kids activities. There is a playground that is well maintained. They have games, books and activities you can borrow including bocce ball and ladder ball. Plus, you rent bikes. OVERALL - We loved it. We are not fancy people, and think a beach vacation is about spending time at the beach/pool with our family. Definately rent this place - unless it is the week we plan to use it.
