This Luxury Stay and Play VIP GOLF USA 5000 Sq. Ft. Home can include a Foursome of Golf with each night stay at your choice of Coral Canyon, Sky Mountain or Falcon Ridge for an additional fee from the base price (our golf rates are a significant savings off the rack rate). This home has 2 Game Rooms including a Pool table, Foosball, Air Hockey and a Playstation/Movie room with over 100 DVD/BlueRays. The upstairs family room has seating for 10 and is a great place to enjoy Sunday Ticket on the 60' HDTV.
The Gourmet Kitchen is fully stocked and the eating area can accommodate larger groups with seating for 8 at the table and 4 at the Counter and the Deck off the Kitchen has seating for another 4. The upstairs deck off the kitchen also has a Stainless Commercial Tru-Infrared natural gas grill and all the necessities for outside Grilling.
This house is professionally decorated with nice linens, and everything you need to enjoy your stay. You can sleep up to 16 comfortably in beds!
6 Bedrooms and 4.5 bathrooms including 2 large Master Suites with King Beds and 50' HDTV's upstairs, 2 Queen Bedrooms with HDTV's, a Lodge Pole Bunk Room with a total of 4 Twin Beds and another Bunk Room with a Twin over Full with a Trundle.
Come as a foursome of Golf Buddies, 4 Couples or 2 Families and never feel crowded or run out of things to do.
The Upstairs has a very open floor plan with Tall ceilings (12 Foot) , a large Kitchen, 2 masters, a large laundry room, Formal living and an Office with Free Wi-FI with printer if you need to stay connected while on your Golf/Family vacation.
The Downstairs walk out basement has 10 foot ceilings, large windows and lots of light and never a dull moment with the Pool table, Foosball, Play Station, Airhockey and HDTV's with satellite or Blueray Players galore.
Parking for 2 cars is available in the 3 car garage to help keep you car clean and comfortable.

We travel several times a year to Golf with 8-10 of our friends. The golf package is great. The home is beautiful and spacious. The way the home is layed out we never got in each other's way. The home is cleaned and well maintained. We loved on the weekend to be able to prepare our meals and not be in lines at the restaurants.The home is fun and entertaining. It was very relaxing. We have all discussed it and plan to spend more time at this home.Recommended for: Age 55+.

Our family of nine spent a week living in this very beautiful home in April. The owner was incredible to work with, even to the point of arranging tee times and green fee discounts for us. The house was very spacious, warm and inviting. I would highly recommend the home without hesitation, and it could accommodate a much larger group.Recommended for: Adventure seekers, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, families with young children.

We took our whole family ranging in age 52 years old to 12 months old. It was very enjoyable for all. The home is in a very quiet neighborhood, close to everything in St. George. It was cold and snowy while we were there so we didn't get to enjoy the golf package, but we did enjoy the amenities at the house.The beds were great. Very comfortable. Enough room for everyone to be together or have their own space. the kids loved the playroom and the air hockey, fooseball and pool table. The older kids really enjoyed having competitions with the guitar hero. We had a little trouble with the furnace but it was fixed as soon as possible so we appreciated that.I would recommend this home to anyone and we plan to return next year.Recommended for: Sightseeing, age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway.

This home worked very well for a family reunion. There is lots of space and a great game room on the lower level for the kids, (big and little). The two master bedrooms and bathrooms are HUGE! The views of the mountains and red rock cliffs from the living room and kitchen are quite stunning. The home is tastefully decorated and very comfortable. The owner was very responsive (which isn't always the case with VRBO rentals). Also, a visit to nearby Snow Canyon State Park is highly recommended.Recommended for: Sightseeing, adventure seekers, age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children.

this property was beautiful! it was so spacious and comfortable. the beds and pillows were great and all the furniture was very cozy and gave you the comfortable feeling like home. it was very clean and had no oders. well equipt with anything you would ever need from HE washer and dryer to toy and games room. even had a wii and lots of tv's. the location is great for shopping and dining out. close to golf! My kids loved every minute of our stay. very kid friendly. great place for a couples retreat or a family vacation! i would definalty recommend this to anyone! we LOVED it!Recommended for: Sightseeing, adventure seekers, people with disabilities, age 55+, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway.

My family and I stayed at the Golf Stay and Play last summer and could not be more impressed. It is easily accessible off of the I-15 and steps away from beautiful golf courses. This home is incredibly accommodating and beautifully furnished. I could not be happier with our stay. This is an absolutely gorgeous home! Perfect layout for a family or individuals, very spacious. Super comfortable, well maintained with a ton to keep you entertained if you wish to stay in. Beautiful views, great location close to anything you'd need to access during your stay. We loved this property!! We stayed here for two nights in August and would have loved to stay longer. The description of the property is true; it is better than being home! :-) This house is brand new and decorated beautifully. It had everything we needed!! The owner's were so helpful and friendly and went our of their way to make sure we had a marvelous time. We can't wait to go back and do some golfing this winter. I highly recommend this beautiful rental to those looking to get away to St. George. We don't have any children, but this house would be so great with families. Everything from Play Station, to pool, to fusball and air hockey and a flatscreen in almost every room, this can be a recreational heaven or a romantic getaway. :-)Recommended for: Sightseeing, adventure seekers, age 55+, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, families with young children.

About the owner: We love to play golf and love St. George and Southern for the amazing scenery, National Parks (Zions and Bryce), endless things to do all year like hiking, biking, wakeboarding, waterskiing, the Shakespearean Festival and Tuahacan shows. There are so many great events like the Marathon, Senior Games, Ironman and others that kept us coming to St. George that we decided to buy a home.
Why the Owner Chose St. George:
We chose this house for it's proximity to everything in Southern Utah and because it had 2 great Master bedrooms and 4 other large bedrooms so we could bring another family or friends with us and never feel crowded and with the game rooms, never run out of things for us or the kids to do.
