Thank you for sharing your beautiful villa! It was perfect for our family of five and our little dog -- everyone had their own comfortable bed and no one had to sleep on the sofa bed which is often the case for one our children! Villa was clean and well-quipped, and felt like home. We loved the proximity to the tennis courts and the swimming pool and made much use of them. We rented bikes and whole family would bike to the beach, only 7 minutes away or to Coligny Plaza, also very conveniently close, for shopping or a good morning cup of coffee at Java Joe's. Owner was helpful and easy to work with, would definitely recommend to others and would certainly come back again!Recommended for: Families with young children, families with teenagers, pet owners, romantic getaway, sightseeing, age 55+, tourists without a car, girls getaway.

About the owner: My husband and I purchased this 2 bedroom villa in Evian in 2011. It needed some renovations so we spent last summer in Hilton Head removing old wallpaper, painting and installing a new kitchen. We now live in upstate New York with our three kids but we LOVE heading to Hilton Head during our free time.
Why the Owner Chose Evian:
We chose this property as we really wanted to be in Hilton Head. We have vacationed on the island before and just loved it! It is warm in the summer and not too cold in the winter - year round golf!!! We have a great group of friends that have villas nearby and we always look forward to our vacations with them!
The Unique Benefits at this Villa:
Since we do have 3 kids (aged 12,8 and 4) we needed to arrange our villa in a manner that would accommodate everyone comfortably. The 'kid's room' has 1 queen bed and one pyramid style bunk bed that is twin on the top and full on the bottom. This gives us the flexibility to have all three kids in their own beds but allows us to host family and friends. Our room has a king bed and a full sized futon - again allowing us to host many people! We also put a sleeper sofa in the living room - just in case!
We are right next to the Evian pool and tennis courts. It is great with the children as we can easily go back and forth from pool to tennis to villa! And we are only 0.6 miles to the beach - a very short bike ride!
