You have arrived in Panama City Beach! It's your vacation! Simply walk right into your own beachfront vacation as soon as you arrive. Don't drive somewhere else to wait in line to check in, get keys, sign contracts, and then drive back to Nautical Watch B-9. Just walk in. B-9 is on the second floor directly on the beach. The B building is the beach front building you will see directly in front of you as you turn into the Nautical Watch community. As You look at all of the nice Nautical Watch units on VRBO, you will learn how relaxing, casual, and comfortable this area is. We were truly fortunate to find this Nautical Watch location. We have met many wonderful other local neighbors at Nautical Watch and realize why they are great neighbors. This place does that to people after a while. The more we learned from our new neighbors about Nautical Watch, we realize that given the chance to choose again, we would definitely choose Nautical Watch- no regrets. Nautical Watch is not cold concrete cubical condos. At Nautical Watch, comfortable, casual, warm, traditional construction and layout create a truly inviting environment. You immediately begin to feel at home and welcome-all of this before you see the beach. The landscaping is very tasteful and appropriate. The pool area is a very private but an immediately accessible resort with a pool house and your own charcoal grills. The feeling here is of no distractions from your private beach vacation. Of course the Panama City Beach area offers unlimited activities; your Nautical Watch resort is as secluded and private as you can find in the area. If you want an exercise room, gift shops, tiki bars, shuffleboard, elevators, parking attendants, golf courses, they are all just minutes away from your isolated private beach community at Nautical Watch. Only three stories means no parking garages, no parking across the street. In fact, often you can park 5 steps from the beach boardwalk. Parking directly in front of each unit here is very possible also.
When we purchased B9, we immediately began an extensive remodel project. During the remodel phase, we were able to invite friends and family to stay and enjoy the beach. We are very excited about the outcome of the remodel process and now that the project is complete, we want to invite others to share the beach. We are inviting guest who will appreciate this vacation site as much as we do. We are looking for others who will relax and enjoy it while also taking care of it like it were there own. We have enjoyed putting a lot of effort into the project and hope you enjoy your stay just as much.
When you are on the balcony of Nautical Watch beachfront units, you are directly on the beach, nothing but you and the beach. You are not looking over hot tubs, shuffleboard, pool, lazy river, or any other distractions -just what you came to the beach for-the beach. You are seeing sand dunes and beach. You don't hear elevator chimes, or night clubs-just waves and seagulls. Housekeeping wont knock at 10am either. B-9 has just been completely remodeled and very nicely decorated. Crown molding and chair rail are the most formal features, the rest is pure casual. Not formal and fancy, but very casual and calming. New ceiling fans, drapes, blinds, and accessories subtly compliment the relaxed atmosphere. Attention to detail makes the most use of all square footage creating a very open and liveable environment. The photos show how open the kitchen, living area is. New granite island and granite counter tops combined with a built in smoothtop stove make every bit of space equally useable, useful and inviting. All brand new modern stainless steel appliances are installed while still maintaining a very warm welcoming comfortable relaxed space. Small details such as a filtered water ice-maker, and under counter water filtration system with a filtered water faucet at the kitchen sink make living here convenient and efficient. New furniture maximizes options with a drop leaf dining table, bar stools tucked neatly under the granite counter, a Sony DVD BlueRay player, a 50 inch Sanyo HD LCD screen, mounted flat against the wall. Two new Sealy queen beds, new carpet, and a 32 inch HD flatscreen make the bedroom comfortable and convenient. The bedroom closet is completely equipped with shelves, lighting and hanging space. Hall closets are also completely useable with shelves and full size modern, efficient, quiet, high capacity front load washer and dryer. A new tile flooring throughout the laundry area, closets, bathroom and kitchen living area is comfortable and easy to keep clean. New bathroom fixtures are modern, convenient, clean and casual, all lighting throughout is cool, efficient fluorescent. Security is inherent but maintained by fire extinguisher /smoke alarms, deadbolt, keyless entry, Door viewer, patrolling grounds security guard, a fire station and Sheriff office 1 mile west. The beach is patrolled routinely by Panama City Beach Sheriff Department, but no lifeguards are on duty anywhere along the 26 mile beach, including the nautical watch pool, please watch your children closely and safely enjoy your vacation!

We are Kentuckians who love the beach and were lucky to find this Nautical Watch unit. We want to be able to offer B9 to others with similar likes. We have put a lot of effort into remodeling and upgrading the interior, and want to keep it nice. We want to know that guest will appreciate the property, treat it well, and that they will be good visitors. You want to know that we are honest and truthful, you want to know exactly what to expect at Nautical Watch B9. Call us. You can ask for additional pictures, notes and information. When we talk we will get to know each other and ensure that we have common interests. You can obtain lower prices at other vacation spots, and we are not interested in competing for that distinction. We want to ensure that B9 stays nice for all future guests.
Why the Owner Chose Nautical Watch:
We lived nearby in the 1980's and visited the beach often. When we had an opportunity to have Panama City Beach as our permanent get away, we quickly took advantage. As you become familiar with the Nautical Watch town home community, you will recognize the slightly private secluded feel. It actually can be missed when driving by on Thomas Drive. There is a sign, but the landscaping and palm trees seem to block it from Thomas Drive view. Once in the Nautical Watch area, the landscaping continues to add to the secluded environment. The traditional wooden construction is warm, charming, and reminiscent of wharf like architecture. All of this goes unnoticed as you simply enjoy a very comfortable relaxed break.
