The desert is in bloom, dry weather, amazing fiery sunsets and you will be located in cooler mountain air. Spend your days lounging poolside, or exploring the city's air-conditioned offerings and there are many. An awe inspiring sunset will be your cue to step out into the warm desert air and join the city's festive night life. The unique and varied flavors and venues beckons

Your vacation home is located in a luxurious resort setting. The community is gated with 24 hour security, has gorgeous desert landscaping and breath taking mountain views, not to mention the weather. Entertain or relax in your recently upgraded, open concept, that boasts a stainless kitchen, cherry cabinets, tile floor, granite counter tops, dishwasher, micro, stove/oven and fridge. Plus all dishes, cooking gear, cutlery that you will need. The kitchen has a nice flow for preparing meals or to spread out a local delivery. The two full baths have tile floors, large mirrors, granite and cherry with full tubs and showers. The bedrooms have overhead fans, queen beds a pillow top and memory foam, the guest bedroom has a desk for laptop and printer. Laundry room is off the kitchen with a full size washer and dryer. Accessed from the living/dining area and master bedroom is a furnished balcony for private outdoor enjoyment, morning coffee or evening cocktails. Central heat and air. Also, there is high speed internet, flat screen cable TV, DVD player and surround sound. It is a very clean and comfortable home that was a model thus all furnishings are like new. There is absolutely no smoking.

- The Catalina Foothills area is known for its incomparable desert and mountain views plus many outdoor activities within minutes of your vacation home. Mountainous Sabino Canyon National Park is fantastic, lots of blooming flowers and of course the giant Saguaro Cactus, easy walking or challenging hikes, ride the tram to the top of the Canyon, or a romantic moonlight walk which is highlighted by city lights. Lowe's Ventana Resort is within a mile and has an 18 hole golf course designed by the famed Tom Fazio, great tennis program and fine dining by a large coy pond. If you want to shop there is a great Mall, La Encantada that has many name brand stores, Bebe, Coach, Crate & Barrell, Cache, Black and White , etc. and don't leave without going into AJ's fine food shop, its a real treat. If you like sports there is always something happening at the U OF A. Have lunch at the Tohono Chul Park the 'Gem' of the desert, unbelievable beauty and quite educational. We are 15 minutes from downtown Tucson with its amazing history and architecture, take in a play with choices from several theaters, listen to the Symphony, visit the Barrio, Hotel Congress and don't miss eclectic 4th avenue. If you want to venture further there is the Desert Museum, Tombstone (bring your six gun), Kartchner Caverns are still active and it is amazing the role water plays creating the strange and colorful underground monuments. Although your vacation home is private there are many fine restaurants, grocery store, CVS, Banks, the best Hair Salon, Gas Station, Sports Bar and many more services that are all within walking distance. Some of the varied eateries are Peruvian, Mexican, Sushi, Italian, and Gourmet American. You really don't ever have to leave the area. It is a restorative climate and a casual pace.
