Sit on the patio or relax in the living room to witness one of the most beautiful sunsets in California. In the spring and fall, whales migrate just beyond the end of the local Ocean Beach Pier. Experience fun San Diego activities such as biking alongside the beach, sailing, skating, swimming, surfing, fishing, diving, snorkeling, and golfing. Visit San Diego amusement parks, museums, Balboa Park, Gas Lamp District, Petco Park, Old Town and much more. San Diego Zoo, Sea World, and Lego-land, are just a few of the major attractions San Diego offers. A short drive takes you to Indian Gaming and Outlet Malls, further on to Scenic Mountains, and if you desire more adventure, the beautiful Anza Borrego Desert.
This property is fully furnished and includes all linens. This property was recently remodeled and decorated. Everything in this property was recently purchased.
The property has two master bedrooms each with Luxury queen-size beds. Two full bathrooms, one which includes a Jacuzzi bath. Furthermore, one Luxury queen Sofa bed and also a convertible mattress. This luxury property can sleep up to 8 people.
There is a full kitchen and which includes cookware and dishes. The property has one reserved parking spot, but because of our good location finding parking on the street should not be an issue. “Non-Smoking” -Two Cable TV’s, DVD, Fast Internet Access, Dishwasher, Microwave, Washer/Dryer. It is a first floor condo with Private patio with Great Ocean Views. Shared Patio with BBQ.
Payment Options: Personal/ Business check, Cashier's check, Money Order. A 10.5% city room tax will be applied to the rental fees. A $500 deposit will be refunded shortly after departure once the key is returned and the premises are left in an acceptable condition.
A $500 deposit and a return of the rental agreement is required upon booking. Late payments will be assessed a surcharge of $100. For cancellation earlier than one calendar month before your arrival, 50% of the deposit will be refunded. All other cancellations will result in forfeiture of the entire deposit.

This rental property was amazing! The view from the patio is so relaxing that we would've been happy if our whoel trip consisted of relaxing there. The place was very clean and felt like home away from away. I look forward to going back and renting the same property.Recommended for: Sightseeing, adventure seekers, tourists without a car, age 55+, families with teenagers, pet owners, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway.

Lovely view from updated condo in an older building. Walking distance to downtown Ocean Beach. Good amenities although WiFi went out in the middle of the week. Overall good experience.Recommended for: Sightseeing, age 55+, romantic getaway, girls getaway.

Our stay at this location was extremely enjoyable; the sun sets are breath taking something that can be reemember for a very long time. In the evening you can sit on the balcony and enjoy the moon, and the beautiful reflection of the moon on the ocean is something to see. I would recommend this place to anybody that wants to have a very relaxing vacation. The place was very clean, and the owner is very helpful in providing any assitance you request. My husband, myself, and our three kids stayed a week at this condo on the cliffs........loved every moment of the stay. Unbelievable sunsets, listening to the roar of the ocean going to sleep and the moon shining over the ocean in the wee morning hours, heavenly. It was exactly as depicted and the management was very accommodating. We felt right at home on this stay. It was close to shopping and resteraunts. Everything in the place was in great working condition, one of the best experiences we've had renting, and we do this every December in San Diego.Recommended for: Sightseeing, families with teenagers, pet owners, romantic getaway, families with young children.

This unit is very nice older complex in which the unit has been recently redone. The kitchen and baths were very nicely appointed, clean, and tastefully designed. The kitchen had everything we needed to prepare our holiday feast. The building is very quiet; only the crashing waves can be heard. The location is a five minute drive to most everything we were interested in seeing. A short walk to some beachy hangouts and casual dining. We will be back.Recommended for: Sightseeing, age 55+, pet owners, romantic getaway.

Condo was beautiful, very clean and right on the cliff overlooking the ocean. The condo also included an indoor parking space which was very nice to have. Beds were quite comfortable and kitchen was very well equipped with dishes, pans, etc. A stairway right outside the building lead down to the water and we were able to walk along the rocks all the way to the Ocean Beach Pier. When our boys wanted to swim, we chose to drive to the beach so they didn't have to walk back soaking wet. The beach was very nice and we enjoyed watching all the surfers. Idin was very helpful in answering all my questions before our trip. He was to be out of the country during our stay but made arrangements for his mother to meet us. There was a miscommunication with our arrival time and when we got to the condo there was no one to meet us. I emailed Idin and received a response within minutes that his mother was on the way. We headed out to get some lunch and by the time we were done she was waiting for us. No real inconvenience at all. She was very helpful and made sure we had enough soap, blankets, pillows, etc. She called a couple of times during our stay to make sure everything was going ok. The Olive Tree Market was just a few blocks away and a great place to buy some groceries. They have a really good deli and made some huge sandwiches. At Hodad's, which is about a 10-15 minute walk, we had the best burgers and onion rings I've ever had! Would definitely stay here again and would recommend to others.Recommended for: Sightseeing, adventure seekers, age 55+, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, families with young children.
