Highway I - 4 will take you to either all of Orlando's attractions or to Tampa, Busch Gardens, and the Gulf Coast, which is just one hour easy drive away. Atlantic coast and Kennedy Space Center are equally just over one hour away.

Our five-bedroom, three bath home is located in the gated community of Reserve at Town Center.
With its South facing sun drenched private pool, our home is just what you are looking for to make your Florida vacation relaxing, fun and memorable. With minimal travelling to parks and golf venues.
The home has two master suites, which is ideal rental accommodation for two families or extended families travelling with younger and older members ranging from children to grandparents.
We are located between seven minutes from the Disney World exits off of I - 4.
The home is complete with a fully - equipped kitchen, ample dining and living space with cable TV and DVD player in the family room. The two master suites are located adjacent to the pool area to the rear of the home over looking the lake.
The first master suite features a king - size bed, dresser, walk-in closet, ceiling fan, and 19 - inch TV. This master suite's bathroom features a large, shower with a bench, a sink, as well as a door leading to the pool area.
The second master suite also features a king-size bed, dresser, walk-in closet, ceiling fan, and 19 - inch TV. This suite's bathroom features a sink, and a large, shower with a bench.
The third bedroom offers a queen size bed, dresser, TV, ceiling fan, and large closet.
The fourth and fifth bedrooms include two twin beds, a dresser, ceiling fans, and each has a large closet.
All bed and bath linens are supplied.
Our kitchen is a fully equipped kitchen with all facilities including pots, pans, utensils, coffee maker, plates, cups, glasses, blender, mixer, full-size refrigerator, dishwasher, stove top/oven and microwave oven.
The dining areas include seating for six in the dining room, seating for four in the kitchen, and seating for four outside pool side under the covered lanai patio area. The living room has a very comfortable sofa ( with a queen-size pull-out bed ). For your entertainment there is a 30-inch TV and DVD player, a stereo / CD player, and games to enjoy. There are patio type glass doors for access to the covered lanai and the pool area.
The screened pool is 14 - foot by 28 - foot and ranges in standard depths of three-foot to five-foot, with steps at the lower 3 ft entry point. It is the perfect place for adults to relax and children to play ( heating is optional in winter months ). The pool area also includes sun loungers and seating for four around the table under the covered lanai !

the home was perfect had a great time. the home fit 11 people easily and still had room left over . very quite neighborhood. only problem was you cant fish in the lake behind the house and the one that fishing was allowed was to grown up to get close enough to fish . but really had a great time and thank you look forward to staying againRecommended for: Families with young children.
Owner response: Pleased you enjoyed your stay and had plenty of room with a big family , the reeds around the lake get cut down periodically by the home owners association , but yes i agreed its nice and quiet there to relax . dont forget when you return you get a further 10% off the rate or offer at the time !! see you soon regards derek

Had a great time staying in this house. Owner was helpful, property description was accurate. Carpet was worn, but the price was excellent!Recommended for: Sightseeing, families with young children, families with teenagers.
Owner response: always encourage guets to write , tammy was correct carpets were looking worn , so we have now replaced them , nice new villa hoepfully for all to enjoy.

As the owners we were not actually the first to holiday in our villa and we have not been the last. The resort is very popular and we have had many guests through out the year before we finally arrived in early feb. The weather was great , the queues were small, yet Orlando was still a busy place. The chance to relax at our own pace, with plenty of space in quiet surroundings was the reason for our selection of Town Centre. We were 6 miles or 10-12 minutes from the kissimmee area and Disney along an easy main road.5 minutes from Champions Gate and Reunion.Both new exiting complexes. We found the pool relaxing both at the start and end of the day. We enjoyed it , we hope you do as well and perhaps return , try a different time of year, longer or shorter duration , the pace is up to you!. regards Derek MiddletonDid you find this review helpful?
