The first level includes the great room featuring wood floors, comfortable seating, comfortable queen sleeper sofa, a large flat panel HD television with Blu-ray DVD player and a dining table that seats 4, a fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare and serve meals for family and friends with seating for two at the breakfast counter. The first level also features a half bath and the master bedroom with a comfortable queen bed, large HD television and private bathroom with a walk-in shower.
The second level features a bedroom with a queen bed and television and a bedroom with a double w/ single overhead bunk and a pull out single trundle underneath, television and an Xbox console with games and multiple controllers.
Stroll to the community pool or head out to the beach which is just a block away at a city park with restrooms and parking if you decide to drive.

The house was only a minute away from the beach and had a great view. It was clean and well kept and we enjoyed our stay. Having the big TV was nice as it rained during our trip and we could stay in and watch movies. Would definitely recommend it to a friend and will be making our way back!Recommended for: Families with teenagers, romantic getaway, families with young children, tourists without a car, girls getaway, sightseeing.
