We had the pleasure of meeting Steve and Kathy and being able to rent their beautiful home. They have been so wonderful and accommodating. Everything in the unit was ready for us, clean, and comfortable. The condo and furnishings were just as described. Very tastefully decorated. The condo and the grounds of paseo are magnificent. We would definitely recommend staying here to friends and family, and we hope to be able to rent from them again. Awesome!Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway.

The owners of this beautiful home in Paseo Resort is a wonderful location for a family to spend their vacation in a warm friendly community. The Town house is beautifully decorated with all the conveniences and luxury of home.When we arrived we were welcomed by the Starks with a gift bag with all the important things we needed so we would not have to worry about anything as soon as we arrived a plus since we was so tired from our long trip and did not want to go run to a market . When we first arrived we seen how secure the community was with the gated entrance that was a plus with our children having that extra security, we could relax and enjoy that our kids would be safe. The home was huge with three spacious bedrooms two full bath and soaking tub in the master bedroom. We could also keep up with work a little since they also had a computer and fax available. The kids also loved having online access to keep up with social networks. The community center had a movie theater , ice-cream parlor and cafe for lattes all in walking distance. The pool was amazing with water falls and a bar area with tv for games. We had a wonderful time and would recommend this place for a wonderful fun filled vacation. We can not wait to visit again. Thank you so much Mr. and Mrs. S. for being so very attentive to our needs during the holidays you guys are wonderful.Recommended for: People with disabilities, tourists without a car, age 55+, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, families with young children.

This property was simply fantastic! I've stayed at other units in the complex while visiting the area and it's clear that this owner has gone the extra mile to ensure the comfort of his guests. There are three bedrooms, including the master suite that are completely outfitted with flat screens and the two smaller rooms have a queen bed and two twin beds, respectively - perfect for a family who all need room to stretch out. the master suite is spacious and comfortable with the king bed, flat screen, jacuzzi tub, plenty of storage, etc. One other very convenient touch is a personal computer AND printer on premises, which has been setup effectively to control sites accessed by children. The main floor has ample room for dinner, relaxing, etc. Of course, what sets Paseo apart from the rest is the amenities on site - a resort sized, and I mean resort sized - swimming pool, great hot tub, a gym that rivals or beats anything you'd go to outside the complex, free tennis courts, library/business center, theater, pub, etc. All of this within walking distance of the unit, in a very safe, secure environment that a gated community is meant to provide. The owner was a pleasure to work with and made the experience for me, very enjoyable. I'd highly recommend this unit/owner to family & friends.Recommended for: Tourists without a car, age 55+, families with young children.
