Our rental fee includes linens, and departure cleaning. No large security deposit required, only a one-time small damage protection fee to provide an added level of comfort for our guests. Some weekend, and monthly rates are also available.
Reservation Deposit: 50% of rental fee due at time of booking. Balance due 2 weeks prior to arrival.

We want to thank Maggie and Ryan for sharing their villa with us during Easter week. Although it wasn't the warmest Spring Break we've had on the Island, we had a great time with our boys. The villa is very clean and well taken care of. The villa has everything you need to have a wonderful week at the beach. The kitchen is well equipped and the living areas are very comfortable and accommodating. We would absolutely rent this villa again in the future. Thanks again!!Recommended for: Families with teenagers, families with young children.

Great condo, great location, great owners!!! We spent a week at the condo, so much better than staying at a hotel. The atmosphere is great, all the coziness and commodities of a family home, with the cleanliness of any top grade hotel. Short walk from the beach, as well as all kinds of restaurants, grocery stores, etc. being only a short drive away. Condo was very well prepared, everything in the house works great. I highly recommend this place for everyone. Whether it's your first time in Hilton Head, or you're just looking for a weekend away, I am sure you will have a great time. I hope to come back soon myself, I had a very memorable time.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, girls getaway, sightseeing, families with young children, romantic getaway, adventure seekers.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this Fiddler's Cove villa!! Excellent location. Loved the short walk to the beach! The condo was spotless and very comfortable. Tastefully decorated. The owners were very accommodating to our last minute request for a booking. Will definitely return!Recommended for: Tourists without a car, age 55+, girls getaway, sightseeing, families with young children, romantic getaway.

We vacation here every year from Ohio and found this villa to be among our favorites. The 3rd floor is perfect for privacy, and building 21 is close walking distance to the beach.
