The Master suite has a king size bed and is separated from the two guest rooms for added privacy. One guest room is furnished with a queen size bed and the other with twin beds. The kitchen and baths were recently updated and are fully equipped.
A private 33 foot boat slip with 120v/20A electric and water is available just steps from the unit. Varied restaurants both casual and chic, entertainment, movies & live theater, concerts and shopping can be found on Longboat Key and nearby St. Armand's Circle and Sarasota, the cultural capital of Florida.
This condo has a private pool and air-conditioned clubhouse steps from the unit and a private beach directly in front of the complex. The grounds around the condominium are private and beautiful with tennis and racquetball courts available to the residents.
There is enclosed weather protected parking under the unit and plenty of guest parking in front. All residents are welcome to the clubhouse on Thursday evenings for a social hour to meet and make new friends!
