My home away from home is located in the newest Tower I of the Peninsula on the 23rd floor. It is perfectly located right on the beach and has easy access to absolutely everything one can imagine for a dream vacation...After making your way through the security gates, you will step into the amazing lobby with it's soaring ceilings and two level curtains dancing amongst the ocean breezes. You'll be asking yourself ' How did I afford this '? Impeccably clean, custom made furnishings and decor only seen in the movies. My professional Management Team will meet you there to take care of you as they do me when I am there...They will make sure you are familiar with all the amenities and their locations. We boast of the largest swimming pools in all of Puerto Vallarta, have a well equipped fitness centre, business/computer centre, restaurant/bar/lounge, 2 hot tubs/one in/one out, indoor/outdoor pool and a spa/sauna/massage room on the premises. Driving ? No problem, the condo comes with underground parking for your vehicle. Security is on duty 24 hours/day. Marcos will entice you with the infinity pool, the shallow wading pools surrounding all towers for the kids, and the indoor outdoor lap pool in our tower. Then you will take one of the two elevators to the 23rd floor to your home away from home for the next week, or two or month...whatever you choose. I will guarantee you that you will be wishing you were staying longer by the end of your visit.......
You will enter in the large foyer and notice immediately the wonderful breezes and sounds of the ocean and then it is dejas vous all over again...You will be compelled to the front balcony in disbelief of the promised ocean view, but it is more magnificent than anticipated. The views are spectacular as there are 2 generous balconies....one in the front to enjoy outstanding sunsets over the ocean, the fireworks, the whales and dolphins, and the parasaillers floating past. The one in the back to welcome the morning sunrises over the Sierra Madre mountains, the city lights at night or to watch the cruise ships dock at the terminal while enjoying your morning coffee.
After catching your breath, your eyes will not know where to go next. My condo's furnishings have been custom made and are of the utmost outstanding quality, some have been designed by myself. The living room has a large flatscreen LED TV with a Blu Ray, limited dvd's and music. Informal dining can be enjoyed on the front deck or breakfast bar. The dining room seats 8 for formal dining along with cloth napkins and lots of quality wine glasses, flatware and china. Don't want to cook...no problem. My Property Manager can arrange for a chef, extra maid services, babysitting, groceries for your arrival, computer classes or just about anything you might imagine.
The kitchen is fully equipped with all the necessities to make your stay comfortable including a purification system to the refrigerator water dispenser and ice maker. Quality appliances include stainless steel fridge with water and ice dispenser, ceramic 6 burner stove top, s/s oven, s/s dishwasher, 4 slice toaster, microwave, 12 cup coffeemaker, kettle, iron and blender for making those great margaritas. Pots and pans are of very good quality as is everything else in the kitchen.
The Den has a queen size pullout with a small chest of drawers for an extra bedroom capacity and can be completely closed up for privacy or left open to extend the openness of the living room.
Next to the den is a bathroom complete with shower. The foyer is large and has enough room for your personal golf clubs you may want to bring. Down the hall is the full size washer/dryer and ironing board with extra lighting and electrical installed to make the job easier.
The guest room has an attached bathroom with shower, sufficient towels, extra bed linens and a hair dryer. There are 2 QUEEN SIZE beds, luggage rack, a flatscreen TV and black out shades for your rest. Window sliders open up to the adjoining balcony with the master suite where there is outdoor furnishings to enjoy that morning coffee.
The master bedroom has a KING SIZE bed, flat screen TV and black out shades also. Extra bathroom and bed linen along with beach towels and luggage rack can be found in the huge bathroom/ closet area. There is a comfy jetted tub, hair dryer, makeup mirror and plenty of room for everything you may bring with you.
For your comfort, most rooms have ceiling fans that are more than sufficient in the winter months with the fantastic breezes off the ocean. For summer months, no worry, there are 4 air conditioners to supply the 5 zones individually with cool air. The ceilings are high with plenty of lighting. The doors are large and solid wood and the condo is garnished with lots of wood accents.
Don't forget the Peninsula Mall adjacent to the complex. It has all types of dining, shopping, casino, banks, and nightclubs. Just a 1 minute walk outside the complex. You will find it hard to leave.
Groceries stores are within walking distance, more little casinos, shopping, even an Outback within 5 minutes. Buses outside the complex on the main road and taxis in abundance.
Please be advised that my property is a non smoking condo...absolutely NO SMOKING allowed within the condo. Smoking only allowed with in the complex as described in the rules and regulation booklet found in the condo. Please adhere to all of the regulations. I have a NO PET POLICY also for my condo.
The only thing left is to book your vacation and by the time you leave you will be planning your next visit to Puerto Vallarta and hopefully in my home away from home.

From the moment I contacted the owner, I knew everything was going to be just perfect. We were greeted by a wonderful manager, who showed us everything we needed to know and took care of everything we needed from start to finish. The condo has a very nice decor, it´s very comfortable and has a magnificent view. It has everything you need for a wonderful vacation. I will definitely be renting it again!!!Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children.

The place is like the listing and pictures, but the view from 23 floor has not description, is wonderful, were the best sunsets I´ve ever seen. The condo was clean and well maintained, the service and facilities are good, the beach was clean. The water temperature was 77º F, excellent, the location is really near to downtown, the supermarket and other facilities are around. The security is very good around the facilities. I recommend this place for family´s vacations.Recommended for: Tourists without a car, romantic getaway.

Breathtaking! I couldn't describe our stay in this unit and our experience as a whole in Puerto Vallarta any better. This was my first time renting from VRBO, needless to say I was skepticle and nervous about the entire process, but after my dealings with Charlott and Marcos (her property manager) they have put my mind at ease. Any questions or concerns I had prior to and during our stay, were immediately answered by either Charlott or Marcos at all hours of the day. Charlott is always a phone call or email away, as is Marcos for anything you may need, which was a real feeling of comfort, and not a service provided by many from what I understand. Everything about the unit was top notch, from the furnishings and linens, to the view and amenities. Everything was exactly as described online, there were no hidden secrets, any household appliance/accessory you could think of is provided when renting this unit. The view is stunning, as the others have said, we watched whales and dolphins daily, fireworks nightly and beautiful sunstes from this 23rd floor paradise. The Peninsula Towers is hands down the nicest development in Vallarta, the infinity pool is by far the largest in town and the pool side loungers are to die for. The staff at the Peninsula are exceptionally friendly, along with professional and provide a total sense of safety and security while on the premises. The Peninsula has one of the best locations in town, 10 mins from the airport, and a short 5-10 mins from either the marina or the malecon both providing a variety of restaurants and bars. The property manager Marcos is exceptional, he was waiting for us to arrive from the airport in the lobby, walked us around the complex as well as through the unit and assured us that he was always a phone call away. An example, the wireless modem burnt out during our stay at approx 11pm. We contacted him via email that night to inform him, and by 1130am the next morning, he had replaced the modem and ensured that it was properly working to our standards prior to leaving. This type of service is hard to find anywhere these days, let alone in Mexico and this goes to show that with this unit you not only get an exceptional place to call home but also exceptional people to deal with. During our stay, we showed this unit to many others staying in the Towers, as they were wondering what the views were like higher up, as well as what other units looked like. Needless to say, everyone that entered the unit had similaRecommended for: Tourists without a car, age 55+, families with teenagers, girls getaway, romantic getaway, adventure seekers.

What a gorgeous view from this well appointed and very tastefully decorated condominium. We stayed here for a month with another couple and enjoyed our stay immensly. All the amenities of home and more. It was all it was advertised to be and met our expectations to a "T". Saw dolphins and whales from the balcony almost every morning. It was almost like being right on top of them. Fireworks every night from the Pirate ship that sailed the Bay and very pretty to watch. The complex itself was gorgeous, what with the big infinity pool and the large wading pools surrounding the complex. Very clean and well maintained both in and out of the complex. The beach area was well looked after and the staff were very attentive in ensurring that the beach chairs were available under the palapas. The hamburgers from the pool bar were humungus and yummy. The complex is well situatied for restaurants and very accessible to the buses that service the various areas of Puerto Vallarta. Taxi's are everywhere and the prices from the complex are very very reasonable. We already booked there next year, this time for 2 months and know that our experience then will be as excellent as it was this year. We showed this condo to a number of our friends and everyone was very complimentary and wished they were staying here. My guess is that they will.Recommended for: Tourists without a car, age 55+, families with teenagers, girls getaway, people with disabilities, families with young children.

I was impressed immediately upon arrival of the complex at the security gates where I knew I as a woman would be safe and secure. I was mesmerized upon entering the lobby with the ocean breezes flowing through the huge 2 storey area..then it got better. I was astounded with all the amenities that the Peninsula had to offer, but it wasn't until that large wooden door to 23C was opened, that I realized I had to make it mine. The beauty, breezes and sounds of the ocean ...so serene...calming...no need for air-conditioning in the winter...breezes are incredible. You too, will remember that first time and appreciate it every time you visit.
