Great mountain views! Quiet, luxurious furnished/queen bed/internet access/heated pool/spa. Luxuriously furnished 1 bedroom 1 bath condo - where you want to be: at ventana veranda.
All of the furniture in this unit was purchased in 2010 from crate & barrel. One queen bed with pull out couch in the living room. Hardwood floors throughout living room and dining area.
1.25 miles to sabino recreation area. Half mile to some of the best golf in arizona. Down the street from tennis, hiking, shopping, and great restuarants.
There are a number of fabulous restaurants within walking distance from this unit. In addition, catalina foothills mall is within short driving distance. The mall includes stores like: apple, coach, louis vuitton, brooks brothers, tommy bahama, ilori, crate & barrel, and many many more.
Also in walking distance is basha's - a fine grocery - and several other restaurants and fast food places - including a subway.
Two great pools and great landscaping. One mile to ventana resort, three/four miles to la paloma, tucson national, skyline country club and other golf courses.
This is great spot: please see pictures. About 25 minutes to airport, and 15 minutes to major malls. And, as i mentioned before, high end grocery and restaurants within walking distance.
No smoking.
Small, well trained pets considered.

This condo is in a great location and has wonderful pools but lacks some of the comforts of other rentals. The condo needed cleaning, baseboards and under furniture were full of dust and the faucets and shower head need to be replaced. Water pressure is horrible and even flushing the toilet will reduce the shower pressure to nothing. The owner was responsive to our request to buy a coffee pot, toaster and other kitchen necessities and even purchased a new mattress for the bed. Unfortunately, the lack of a new box spring and an old frame still made the bed noisy and less than perfect for a long stay. We lost all but basic cable stations during our third week and the owner offered to compensate by returning some rent with our deposit, however we left there nine weeks ago and still have not received our deposit despite many requests.Did you find this review helpful?
