  Unlike some vacation homes we have rented in Orlando, this home was exactly what the pictures showed. Some people might say it is a bit bland and sparsley furnished, but we got exactly what we wanted, as in an economical vacation home with a lot of room. We did not want a house over-stuffed with breakable things with our kids and did not want to pay a fortune for the week. The other thing we noticed was the hosue was super clean when we arrived, and I mean clean. The bathrooms, toilets and kitchen were super clean, even the grout, and we are picky when it comes to clean, so it was definitely clean! The rooms were amply furnished and so was the kitchen, as I even convinced my friend to cook breakfast one morning. Every home we have stayed in at Orlando had stair issues and this one was no different, as they are very steep and compact. We really enjoyed the pool and the thermal blanket kept it very warm and even warm enough for a late night swim in March. I have to say the second floor living area was the highlight for my kids since they were glued to the Wii during the time we were in the home. The room came with a lot of cool games, including their favorite, Super Mario Bros. My son is still talking about it, so you know he had a great time. We enjoyed the garage game room too with a bit of friendly family fun with the "low tech" games, like billards, scrabble and foosball, which I like. The home is to the West of Disney which on the first drive makes it seem far, but it really isn't, and over the week we came to look forward to the drive home to relax and maybe even get the kids to unwind from Mickeytime. There is also a Super Dooper Walmart and Publix grocery store just a stones throw from the subdivsion and several good restaurants, so when you needed somethign it was close. We liked the key box and security system set up, as well, as it was easy to learn, practical and we felt safe. We had a great time!

  There were seven of us who stayed at this villa. A family of four and a family of three. We had an excellent time and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The villa was lovely and the location was convenient for the various parks. The facilities were more than adequate with a lot of lovely touches to enhance our stay. My friend and I played three rounds of golf on Highlands Reserve golf course and was very enjoyable. We had the pool heated and the children were always in the pool day and night. We would thoroughly recommend this villa to future holiday makers. Lowestoft Suffolk England

  We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves at your villa and thought that the first floor lounge with the TV/DVD and comfortable settee was a good idea when there are two or more families. As others have mentioned the villa is within walking distance to the shops, bars and restaurants at Berry village which is very favourable compared to other villa's we have visited which were many miles from "civilisation". We also had a telephone call and visit from Helen who works for the management company, she was extremely helpful and even loaned us two sets of golf clubs which saved us a considerable amount in rental charges. The local golf course is very good and well maintained although I found the greens very fast and true but that is probably because coming from Glasgow and living in Lancashire I have only ever known wet soggy greens and courses.   6th time renting in the Davenport area and the first at 142 Birkdale. Highland Reserve is a central area to Disney, shopping, restaurants, and golf is just steps away! The house is equipped with all amenities for an enjoyable vacation, comfortable beds, and recently renovated throughout. Although we were only a family of three this house is also ideal for two families, grandparents, etc. Alex (home owner) was very attentive to our needs and responded promptly to our enquiries. We would recommend this property for your vacation and will be scheduling another visit in 2013. Halifax Nova Scotia Canada

  We had a very nice stay in your home. It was just as pictured and perfect for our situation. My three granddaughters loved coming back from Disney each day and swimming in the pool. On the one afternoon it rained they enjoyed the game room. It was very neat and clean (and we left it that way).

  Hi Just to inform you that our stay in your lovely, newly up-dated villa on the 18th to 28th July 2012 was brilliant. The house was very spacious with plenty of drawers and hanging space for our belongings. Well kitted out with towels and kitchen equipment and plenty of toilet facilities. We loved being able to use the pool area for both swimming and relaxing and although we didn't use the communal pool and play area, it was only a short walk away from the house. My husband played golf and said it was a great course with lovely views around the area. It was nice to have a sitting room up-stairs with a large sofa to sit and relax, watch t.v., or play computer games, when others were watching t.v. in the family room down-stairs.We also used the games room for a game of pool and darts etc. We found the location of the house to be well situated from the super-market and restaurants in the area and we visited three theme parks which were just a short drive away on well sign-posted roads.
