Exhale in Santa Rosa is a beautifully decorated, new construction home located in the gated community of Coastal Dunes in the middle of Santa Rosa Beach. The spacious home provides plenty of space for families to gather or to go relax in your own areas. It is placed just 2 short blocks from the beach allowing easy access but also the ability for a quiet retreat in our secured community. Within 5-10 minutes there are many options for dining and recreation.
The house is located next to Gulf Place, a shopping center with fantastic restaurants ranging from a pizzeria (Amore Pizzeria) to a café (Miss Lucilles Gossip Parlor and Smiling Fish Cafe) to a modern American New Orleans influenced restaurant (Fire at Gulf Place) for those times you want to enjoy a true dining experience. In addition there is boutique shopping, spas and an outdoor pavilion that hosts live music and wine tastings during the Summer. A short drive down 30-A provides endless possibilities for other dining such as Stinky’s Fish Camp, Vue on 30A, Café Thirty-A, The Donut Hole, Blue Mountain Creamery, just to name a few of our favorites.
Best part of this area, there are no high-rise condominium buildings flooding the renowned sugar beaches that been rated in the Top 10 Beach Destinations. The Ed Walline Beach Park access also offers covered picnic eating area, restrooms and showers. The beach access does have lifeguards on duty and a beach chair/umbrella rental service. We do offer a cooler, beach chairs, beach mats/towels, and an assortment of beach toys, available for your use during your stay. For the days that you don’t want to play in the sand and surf, there is a private pool available just 15 steps from the front door.
This modern home features top of the line stainless steel appliance and granite countertops with plenty of space for all to enjoy this great kitchen. There is an electric grill provided for any outdoor cooking as well. There is spacious seating for 6 at the table plus an additional 3 at the raised bar. The open floor plan allows for great conversation amongst family and friends whether you’re in the living room watching the 46” LCD TV on the low profile sectional or dining or cooking. There is a washer and dryer available for use on the first floor to get swimsuits and towels ready for another day at the beach. Free Wi-Fi and local/long distance phone service is included.
The house feature 4 bedroom suites: 2 master suites with Kings, a guest suite with 2 twins and a guest suite with a daybed and trundle. All bathrooms are exquisitely tiled and offer rich cherry wood cabinetry.
