This lovely two bedroom, one bathroom Condo at the great oceanfront Papakea Resort (Papakea #C-402) is perfect for a family to share. At just under 1000 square feet, you have room to roam and get some privacy. The loft bedroom is outfitted with a queen bed and double size futon sofa bed for lots of sleeping options. There is a second TV (with cable programming) and a VCR up in the loft for privacy. The master bedroom has a king bed. There is even a fold out queen sleeper sofa in the living room! The living room has a TV with cable programming, a DVD player and a powerful air conditioner. The Condo is fully furnished for a relaxing and comfortable stay. All bed and bath linens are provided. There is dining for four plus on the lanai and in the dining area. The lanai also boasts a chaise lounge for reading, sunning and daydreaming.
The Condo is set back from the ocean and has a lovely oceanview from it's fourth floor vantage point. The sights and sounds of the surf suffuse the Condo. There is a wonderful view of the island of Molokai across the channel. This view is complex and ever-changing, with clouds and canyons slipping in and out of view.
The Condo is thoughtfully furnished for fun and comfort. As I live right here on Maui, I am always available to help make your stay wonderful. And, I always spend time at each of my places to ensure that your experience is a relaxing and enjoyable one. I put everything in the condo that I have ever wished on vacation, keeping in mind that Papakea attracts many people who enjoy long term stays. I even provide beach toys, a cooler, beach chairs, and beach towels for that long road to Hana or just enjoying all of Maui's beautiful beaches and golf courses.

the condo was well equipped for everything we wanted/needed to do... cooking our own meals was a breeze, boogey boards and snorkels, beach towesl for beach days, there was honestly MORE than we needed! Jan, the owner, was such a help and so accomodating. She was more than happy to answer our questions and make recommendations, she made us feel like we had a friend on the island =) and we're grateful for her hospitality... we highly recommend her condo at papakea! Thanks Jan.

i loved it hear could not ask for a better place to stay had other friends staying at some of the $$$ hotels and ended up comeing to vist me alot. the view is ausome grate snorkaling in front of place store in walking distents i will be staying there any time i go

My family and I stayed at the Papeka Ocean Resort from Sept 18 - Sept 26, 2009. We were very happy with the condo and even more surprised to find how fully furnished it was. There was even little sandcastle buckets we used to build a sand turtle on the beach which is only about a 5 minute walk away. The swim pool at the resort also has a BBQ we used one of the nights for a nice evening BBQ. I highly recommend this property and look forward to going back to Maui.

Papakea was a great resort and this condo had everything we needed to enjoy our stay on Maui! Beach gear, towels, dishes and everything else we might possibly need - my personal favorite - wine corkscrew :-). The view from the lanai was wonderful too. Would recommend to anyone who wants to come to Maui to relax or play.

Thanks Jan, Our family stayed at Papakea Resort from March 20-27th,2009. The resort itself is beautiful, lush gardens, pools, hot tubs, putting greens etc.Jan has gone out of her way to make the unit perfect. It is very clean,comfortable and very well stocked with linens, dishes,beach towels,coolers and so on. It has everything a family could need. The view from the lanai is amazing, it is truly the best of both(ocean and garden) we loved watching the whales while relaxing outside. Jan's Maui ToDo list was so helpful!!!We referred to it time and time again. Our teens loved the lofted area. They really enjoyed having their own space and t.v. Perfect for teens!!!The Papakea is located so close to many beautiful beaches and great attractions.Thanks Jan for the Best Family Vacation Ever!!!! The Summerland Bohlken's.

Aloha Jan, I enjoyed the condo from Oct 24 to Nov 3, 2008. It was the little things we really appreciated: the kitchen was well-stocked and there were many beach towels, coolers, etc. The location is great with a lovely view of both the garden below and the ocean, and amenities are closeby - there's even a health food store just 5 minutes away. Dear Jan, What a wonderful stay we had at your Papakea Resort in #C-402! From the minute we walked in we couldn't believe how beautiful the view was from the top floor balcony. We were able to let the windows open and the breeze was wonderful. We thank you for all your tips on what to do and see. Thanks , too, for having the kitchen well equipped with what we needed. Aloha Jan. Just wanted to comment on your wonderful condo. It offered everything we could ever expect. It was a perfect place to base our island holiday from. We had 12 days to explore the islands and truly appreciate Maui in particular. Every area and resort we saw did not compare to what we had offered to us at Papakes. We also want to thank you for allowing us a late check out whicjh allowed us to enjoy our final day at the resort. We look forward to being able to return in the future and we will definitely contact you for our accomadations again. Mahalo.
