Covered 12' X 12' canopy/gazebo with seating for 8. Charcoal Grill. Three TV are cable ready plus for R&R down times. Private parking in front of home, I have had 4 cars on this pad, privacy enclosed fence surrounding the back yard and patio area, corner lot adding to the privacy and quite of the neighborhood & safe for walking and designated bike trails.

We rented from Joe so we could be close to Opryland while our daughter-in-law was attending a conference there so we could watch our grand kids. The house was as advertised, great location close to Opryland, and exceptionally well stocked with the everyday things you take for granted at home such as spices, (he even stocked the liquor cabinet and fridge). You can tell Joe takes great pride in his house and city (lots of current information on what to do in Nashville while there.) The Grill and patio furnishings were a nice touch. Strongly recommend this house if you are looking for a 3BR/2Bath house in Nashville!Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, girls getaway, sightseeing, romantic getaway.

About the owner: Nashville has been part of my life since 1962 and the land the 'Do-Drop-Inn' sits on was farm land, later Opryland USA, then the Opryland Hotel, now a world class convention center, then the addition of the Opry Mills Mall, and soon to have the new Dollywood Water theme Park. I have also lived in Miami, Chicago, and many years & time in Milwaukee, Wisconsin
