  This house is everything that is described. We totally enjoyed the pool as we had hot weather. The pictures are 100% accurate. It is wonderful that the beach, restaurants, grocery store are all in walking distance. Wonderful sunsets and food at the Beachfront restaurant. I would recommend this property to all groups of people. Owners are efficient and easy to rent from. Thank you for the use of your house and we hope to be back.

  This house was ideal for our family vacation this year. We spent 1 week on Anna Maria Island and absolutely loved it. We had no heard of the island before, and were very pleased with everything it had to offer and the quality of the beach. The house is located in a great location right in the middle of the island. It is a stone's throw to the beach, right at a trolly stop, and a short walk to the inter-coastal waterway. The section of beach at this location is great, very clean and never too crowded. This rental also comes with a garden shed full of supplies to use. There is a beach cart, beach chairs, umbrella, and pails and shovels for the kids. There are also 2 adult and 3 kids bikes. We used them alot, as this island is quite bike friendly. The pool was perfect for us to allow the kids to swim every day after the beach. Finally, the house is beautiful, very clean and very well appointed. As for Anna Maria Island, we spent the week eating at great restaurants, exploring the city piers and fishing. The free trolly that runs the length of the island is how we went everywhere. It arrives at the stops every 20 mins and runs until 10pm. The owners were very pleasant to deal with and we will hopefully be able to rent again from them next year. Next year we will have to rent for 2 weeks, as there is so much to do and this is such a great place to stay. Thank You.

  Wow! What a great place to visit! We loved Anna Maria island and this little beach house was absolutely perfect. The house is very clean and well maintained. A 2-3 minute easy walk to the white sandy beaches. We spent our day at the beach and our evenings in the beautiful pool/backyard area. Everything in this home was too quality. From the pool to the mattress and and linens, everything was perfect! The owners were wonderful. Promptly amswering any question we had. We are counting the days until our return visit!

  We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Daydream cottage. The house, the pool and the location were all excellent. The owners were very pleasant to deal with. We look forward to returning next year.

  My family and I had the pleasure of staying at Daydream Cottage on our vacation in Holmes Beach, Florida during the week after Christmas. The home was very clean and comfortable with an easy-flow floor plan that led through the spacious kitchen and sitting area to the bedrooms, office, baths, laundry area, den and Florida room. The office, with internet access, is part of the Master Bedroom and afforded me my own quiet space. The eat-in kitchen is just like home -- very large with lots of cabinet space, dishwasher, all appliances and complete with everything needed for family dining. With the bunk and trundle beds in the children's bedroom, there was plenty of sleeping space. The third bedroom/den, also with a TV, included a trundle bed too. Double closets in two of the bedrooms as well as an additional closet off the third bedroom provided ample storage space. Our family spent many hours enjoying the enclosed backyard and pool. The landscaping was beautiful! The shed in the backyard contained everything we needed for a great vacation. There were 5 bikes, a cart to take to the beach with chairs, umbrella, beach toys, etc, plus tubes and other water toys. The owners thought of everything! With just a short walk to the beach or the bay, we spent much of the day soaking up the sun and enjoying the beach. The sunsets over the gulf were breathtaking! After a day at the beach and swimming in the pool, we prepared dinner on the grill and then retreated to the spacious Florida room to watch movies on the large-screen TV. The room also had a Tiki Bar and wine refrigerator, so while we relaxed and enjoyed a glass of wine, the children were busy in the adjacent den watching TV or playing board games, which were also provided. There were great restaurants and shopping nearby as well as local attractions. We took a trip to Sarasota where we visited the Barnam & Bailey/Ringling Bros. Circus and toured the Ringling estate and rose garden. Everyone in the family loved it. Everything was available for our use at the cottage to ensure that our time there was fun and carefree. Our future vacation plans will definitely include another stay at "Daydream Cottage".

  First off, we'd never heard of Anna Maria and stumbled upon it. We rolled the dice and decided to give it a try for our fall break.(married couple with two teen aged girls). We've vacationed in Hawaii, Southern California, Mexico, New England and other spots in Florida. All four of us agreed, this has been our favorite spot so far. The property is exceptionally well equipped, very clean and was truely a home away from home. The neighborhood is quiet and friendly. Not only is it less than a 100 yards to the white sand beach, its less than 50 yards to the free trolly that will take you to all points on the island. A well stocked grocery store (Publix) and a drug/liquor store (Walgreens) are about a half mile away. As for the home itself...the owners say it will sleep six. I won't say how many I think it could sleep, but be assured, all six will sleep very comfortably! We felt guilty about only having four of us in this roomy home. Every room had a flat screen TV and cable (total of 4). There was a good selection of movies and board games if you'd rather. There were two AC units and ceiling fans in every room. Both bathrooms were roomy and the showers were great. (There's also a solar shower out at the pool for after beach and pool rinse offs). The private pool area is beautifully landscaped and was very inviting and clean. Off the pool was a tidy shack with everything you'd need for a fun and relaxing day at the beach or pool. Beach toys, boogie boards, rafts, noodles, beach chairs, goggles, a cooler, and a beach umbrella, its all included. (plenty of beach towels also)There's even a beach wagon to haul all your stuff to the beach. Also in the shed were two adult and two kids bikes. We're not talking cheap Walmart bikes either. Well maintained Specialized bmx and Trek brand beach cruiser bikes were fun to ride around the neighborhood. While there are plenty of places on the island to grab some incredible food, (seafood in paticular) the kitchen is very well equipped and there is a gas grill out back.(The Publix has a very good meat seleciton including local fresh seafood) In many of the properties we've stayed before, you deal with a third party. Not so with this home. I'm an airline pilot for a major airline and our vacation plans tend to be last minute due to standby travel. The owners were more than accommodating and were easy to communicate with. They sincerely wanted to make our stay as enjoyable as possible. Check it out, You won't be disappointed!!

  The house is comfortable and situated just a short walk from the ocean and the trolley! We had a wonderful time swimming in the pool, making meals in the spacious kitchen, and relaxing. We would definitely go back!
