Welcome to the best kept secret in Incline! Our home has been remodeled and is great for family gatherings. It's spacious with 1,600 sf, including 3 large bedrooms all with plush Serta iComfort foam mattresses, 2 1/2 bathrooms with laundry, master bath with dual sinks and walk in closet, new appliances, wine frig, gas fireplace, vaulted ceilings, 3 TV's, Playstation, DVD player, and a natural gas BBQ. All the bedrooms are ground level, the upstairs is a vaulted ceiling great room. The bedrooms stay cooler in the summer months, and cozy in the winter. It's practically a detached unit and offers peace and quiet, no one above or below you. Lovely sunny deck, great for happy hour & grilling in! One designated parking spot at unit and guest parking available. The decor is warm and inviting, the furnishings are all luxurious and new. Bed configuration: Cal King bed in master, Queen in 2nd bedroom and two Twins in 3rd bedroom. We offer free Wireless Internet, Access passes to Incline Beaches (Burnt Cedar w/ Pool, Incline & Ski beach), Incline Rec Center (gym, yoga, fitness classes) and Tennis Club - guest fees apply.
For many years we would stay at McCLoud (aka McLoud!) until we discovered the beauty of L'Ermitage. We are looking for respectful renters who will enjoy it and take care of our home. Once you've stayed here you'll want to come back! NO fees, NO tax. $150 cleaning fee applies, $500 refundable deposit required. No refunds for cancellations within 30 days of arrival date. This unit was very, very accomodating. Perfect for a group of 3-4 persons. Ideally located in a stand of old growth pines. Unit was well appointed; great kitchen, gas fireplace in the evening and flat screen TV all contributed for nice mornings/evenings. Great owner/leasing agent interface experience - virtually no hassle. Everything was as represented. Will rent again!Recommended for: Families with teenagers, sightseeing, age 55+.

My husband and I were looking for some R&R for a few days and wanted to stay somewhere we we could really get some privacy but also be near fun places to visit if we wanted. L'Ermitage offered us everything we wanted:, comfort-all the furniture and beds are super comfy just like it was pictured in the photos. It was so peaceful all I could hear were birds chirping. I felt at peace. Space-my husband is a big guy and he didn't have to worry about navigating his big frame in a small space this rental has plenty of open space and beautiful high ceilings. Value-where would we find that amount of space for that price in a hotel? Plus we had all the comforts of home if we wanted like the ultimate audio/visual set up and a modern kitchen. The owners recommended some places to go and things to do and they were all perfect! They provided us with a sheet of information and it was really helpful. I highly recommend this property to anyone visiting Tahoe. We really had a great time and are looking forward to going back!.Recommended for: Romantic getaway, families with teenagers, girls getaway, adventure seekers, sightseeing, families with young children, age 55+.

We had a family wedding at Incline Village. Our side of the family rented all VRBO properties instead of staying in a hotel. We decided to stay in Reno for 2 nights before we got to the condo and wished we had stayed at the Condo for the whole trip. We would stay at the condo again. Great location! I would highly recommend their place for a getaway of pure relaxation. The property is exactly as described and the location cannot be beat.Recommended for: Romantic getaway, families with teenagers, sightseeing.

What a Great Place. First time back in the area since the late 80's. Came for a wedding, and most of the wedding guests at our suggestion rented VRBO properties. Think this was the best of all. Gated entrance was a plus, as was how quiet the developement is. The unit was unique for us with the bedrooms on the lower level and the Main living on the 2nd. We found this to be very pleasant. Did not see any issues with the lower windows, but we are used to this in the South. Great Bargin, and you are getting way more than expected. About the owner: We live in Los Gatos, CA and are a family of 5. Our family has vacationed in Incline Village for the past 12 years, renting various condos every summer, and we fell in love with L'Ermitage! Best Kept Secret in Incline! We love the lake and Diamond Peak ski is very family friendly. A short walk to the beaches, movies, bowling, restaurants, Hyatt Casino & Starbucks...everything is close!
Why the Owner Chose L'Ermitage:
L'Ermitage is a quiet gated complex of 40 units, which is very well maintained and has beautiful grounds. We loved that it is practically a stand alone unit so it feels more secluded and quieter than most places we have stayed. It offers a great floor plan with all the bedrooms together on the ground floor and a nice and bright living/great room upstairs. Lots of windows and natural light, yet very cozy! We love the location and being within walking distance to everything Incline has to offer.

We have access to all of Incline's private beaches, recreation center privileges (fitness center, basketball courts, indoor pool), tennis facility, and parks nearby.
