Beautiful two story home located on Los Colinas Golf Course in The Villages in Queen Creek. This home has 3 bedrooms 2.5 bathrooms and a loft area on the 2nd floor. The Large Master suite features a King size theraputic bed, two large dressers, 42 inch flat screen tv and a large chaise. The Master bath includes a private toilet room, large soaker tub, large walk-in shower and huge walk-in closet. The Master bedroom also includes a large private balcony that overlooks the golf course and mountain views. The other two bedrooms include queen therapudic beds with large closets. The loft area includes a large sectional couch, 2-desk media center and a 42 inch flat screen t.v. The first floor includes a front sitting room furnished with a sofa and loveseat that extends into the formal dining area that seats 6 for large meals. This room has a great view of the open balcony and large staircase. The kichen is fully equipped with all the necessities of home that has a small eat in area furnished with a 4 seat bistro table. The kithen also has a large pantry area for all of your essentials. The family room includes a fireplace, a loveseat and couch and a large 52 inch t.v. with DVD player. This first floor is wired with in-ceiling speakers for your enjoyment. As you walk to the backyard your retreat awaits. The owners have spared no cost on this oasis. The backyard includes a pool and putting green surrounded by many palm trees overlooking the 4th tee box of Los Colinas golf course.

Beautiful property with great amenities! Truly enoyed our time in Queen Creek! Great value, close to golf...could play Los colinas golf course everday without hesitation. 5 star rating in my mind. Already planning our next trip in 2014 and will definitely consider staying at the same property again!Recommended for: Adventure seekers, tourists without a car, age 55+, romantic getaway, families with young children.

We stayed here for two months this winter and found the spacious house very clean, well-kept and comfortable. Backyard was very relaxing with a nice putting green and pool. The caretakers were great and always responded to any questions or needs we had. Nice safe neighborhood - good for walking. Very nice golf course. We liked the Queen Creek community. The home is situated with easy access to all shopping and great restaurants nearby (our favorite was The Deli). Owners were very accommodating in the rental process. Would definitely recommend this property!Recommended for: Sightseeing, adventure seekers, age 55+, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway.

We enjoyed our recent stay at this spacious home. House was clean, beautifully furnished, comfortable beds, great location in nice neighborhood with all conveniences for a relaxing stay. Owners were very accommodating. The pool/putting green were frequently visited with more comfortable seating provided outdoors. We would recommend and hope to return soon.Recommended for: Sightseeing, tourists without a car, age 55+, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway.
