As they say in the film industry, 'location, location, location' and this place had it! Right at the foot of of the mountain and the top of the bunny hill. It was spacious, well appointed, and very comfortable. We loved watching people on the lifts float by the soaring windows. We can't wait to go back!!!

This was our first time coming to Durango after hearing so many fantastic things about the town as well as the ski area. Loved the look of this townhome on VRBO, and it was even better than expected! Really quality furnishings and great attention to detail. Also, the location was fantastic - right on the slopes and steps to the lifts. Lorie helped us with lift tickets and activities while we were there. Would definitely recommend this unit to others! We will be back!

Wow, what a fantastic place to stay! Elk Point is truly a great place for the family and kids. I knew it was going to be great when I pulled into the huge garage and unloaded everything. The condo is spacious and quiet giving us that secluded feel, yet right near to everything. We took advantage of the short walk to the lodge, spa and all the amenities right there. I especially enjoyed walking out the back door, stepping into my skis and on the lift in less than four minutes. The bedrooms are quite large with plenty of space. The fireplace in the master bedroom made for a real cozy night. The kitchen had all you could need for cooking a full meal or heating something up in the microwave. And the kids had a blast on the foosball table in the game room. The condo was very clean and so much better than I could have imagined. I will definitely be there again.

Great floor plan right on the slopes and a short walk to the Village center. Great decor and furnishings. Kitchen well supplied. heated attached garage with additional parking. kids had a blast skiing right from the back door. A short drive to Durango where we took the Train which was great. we'll be back.

We had a wonderful Vacation in Durango over Thanksgiving. The condo was perfect! Great location (literally a 2 minute walk to the "6 pack" lift (main lift). It had everything we need and is very well appointed (I want the name of your interior decorator). There was plenty of room for our group to eat together or chill out. The added use of the private bar, hot tub, etc at MR was a great way to end the day. Thanks for suggesting this condo...we will rent it again on our next trip !

Absolutely loved my stay in this beautiful home! Fabulously decorated and stocked with everything you need! This place was beyond my expectations! It was also extremely clean and so very close to everything! Right outside the door are the slopes! It was a wonderful stay and I have to say - was the easiest time booking something! Lorie was amazing to deal with. She took care of everything! I was thrilled with this experience! I will definitely come back!!!! Thank you!!!

We brought our children for a family reunion and had a glorious visit in Elkpoint #6. It is very comfortable and roomy, beautifully decorated. We loved the kitchen area and prepared several family meals. The game room was very popular as well as the community center. We love the mountain views.

This our second year staying at Elk Point #6 and we will be back again next year! We have stayed on the mountain in less expensive units and now we are spoiled and can never go back!

A dream!!! We could hear people on the chairlift saying, "Dad, I want to stay in that place next year." It is by far the best place to stay in Durango.

Elkpoint 6 ia a dream! Our children have skied Vail, Aspen, Jackson Hole, etc. and their comment was "this is the nicest and most convenient place we have ever stayed". We had all the comforts of home plus a wonderful ski vacation.

We absolutely loved the Elkpoint #6. The ski in/ski out was the favorite! The unit is awesome - the nicest place we have ever stayed. Loved everything about it(especially the down comforter on the king bed) - it accomodated our 3 families nicely! We would love to come again next year as Durango is such a neat place to visit also! Thanks for making this a very memorable trip! Also the snow was the best we have ever had on a trip.

My family and I spend a vacation each year in Durango and have for the past 6 years. Each year we try to find a location that was better than the last. Well, we found it! The Elkpoint Townhome is the ultimate ski-in/ski-out experience. The location could not be more perfect as the lifts are right there as well as restaurants and entertainment. The townhome's decore is warm and enviting. We will highly recommend this location to everyone and have already reserved our week for 2007. Thanks again and again, Jason Lenhart

INCREDIBLE!!! I have to tell you...this is one of the best vacations I've ever been on. The town home was gorgeous, and the service was top notch. When you stay in a place for 7 days, you tend to miss some of the comforts of home, but not here...this is ABSOLUTELY the most comfortable I've been while on vacation. I have told everyone I know about it, and will look forward to being there every year from now on.

WOW! WE HAD A GREAT SKI WEEKEND OVER THE MLK HOLIDAY WITH OUR FRIENDS. THE CONDO IS LARGE AND BEAUTIFUL AND THE BEST PART IS THE SKI IN SKI OUT RIGHT OUT THE BACKDOOR. OUR KIDS SPENT ALL OF THEIR FREE TIME DOWNSTAIRS IN THE LARGE GAME ROOM PLAYING CARDS,GAMES,WATCHING TV AND HAVING A WONDERFUL TIME. WE ARE SO SPOILED NOW AFTER STAYING HERE THAT WE WOULDN'T STAY ANYWHERE ELSE.

What a lovely place. I was worried about having Christmas away from home, but we loved the house and Colorado. The kitchen was great! We had most meals in due to the wonderful location, right next to the lifts! We skied in and out with ease. The house is so comfortable. The Elkpoint townhome was perfect for our family vacation. Despite having no snow, we managed to find activities in the area that kept everyone happy. We prepared a perfect Thanksgiving dinner in the gourmet kitchen, used the huge game room every night, enoyed the hot tub and weight room daily. We'll be back!!

Beautiful Condo with ample room for our family reunion. Lots of local activities and great road runs out the back of the ski way. The kitchen satisfied the gourmets among the group, and the kids enjoyed the close walk to the center of the resort. This unit was great for summer, and imagine would be even better for winter skiing.

We had such a great time this summer. The Elk Point condo made a great home base for us, as we expored the area of Southwest Colorado. Beautiful accomodations, great for the teens in our group with the gameroom. Loved having two rooms with King beds too!

We had a great time at ElkPointe; the unit exceeded our expectations in size, location and comfort. It was wonderful skiing to and from the unit. It slept all nine of us with room to spare. Its close proximity to the village made it very convenient for shopping and dining.

Great Vacation Spot! The townhouse was beautiful, very comfortable and in the best location for convenience to the lifts and Ski Village. Good place to stay if you have non-skiers in your group who want in on the fun!

We had THE perfect vacation! There was so much snow- over 50 inches-we just couldn't believe it!!It was great for skiing, snowboarding or just watching out the windows. The townhome is in a great location. We could ski or not, but still be part of everyone's day. The kitchen is so much fun to work in. Just cook and look out at all the activity going on! We loved it!! Everything we could want was provided. Beds and bedding were very comfortable as well as all the furniture. The gameroom was a big hit. Everyone headed down there as soon as the lifts closed. Then they headed to the hot tub in the club house and back to the gameroom. By the way, Eric was very nice and helpful. We felt more at home here than anywhere we have stayed. We hope to be back next year, if not before. Thank you for sharing your home with us. Kim and Debra Cole, family and friends

The Elkpoint Townhome was absolutely beautiful and we had a wonderful time there with our family. It was definately first class all the way --from the granite and tile work in the kitchen and bathrooms, to the lush towels and bedding. The kitchen is one you would want to cook in all the time with the most complete beautiful dishes and cooking essentials. It even has a spice rack and other basic cooking ingredients. The leather furniture in the family room was so comfortable -we almost didn't want to leave the place to go enjoy the outdoors. We watched a movie in the entertainment room one evening and the kids loved the foosball table. The kids also enjoyed being so close to the Alpine Slide and the activities provided there in the summer. They also had fun at the media/exercise room next door to the building. We felt absolutely at home during our stay there and would love to go back!!
