This single wide home is located at M.M.92.5 in a very private, community that consist of 20 homes in approximatly 100'x100'lots each. Our property has approximatly 840 sq. feet of living space under Central Air Conditioning. One big bed room with two twin beds and a bathroom with shower, the main bedroom has 1/2 bathroom and full sized bed.
Wake up to the breeze and sunrise of the Atlantic ocean on our front porch. You can enjoy the salt water swimming canal in the back yard no boat traffic no access by boat,with concrete dock in the backyard plenty of space in the yard for out door activity's or parking. We also provide a stainless steel fish cleaning station to clean your catch of the day.
So bring your jet ski and or boat to enjoy the fishing, swimming and outdoor fun of the Florida Keys.
